Staff very friendly Rooms clean and tidy

great food at restaurant steak was cooked to perfection perfectly.the hostess was very nice and made us feel at home.

The rooms were spacious clean and comfortable.Good clean bathrooms. The swimming pool was very pleasant. There was space to park a caravan. A very impressive motel for the price range.

The rooms would benefit from a few more power outlets.

It was very close to the zoo and the town. The room was large and big enough for a family of four to have a sit down take away dinner and watch TV. There was also no noise from the other units even though the Motel was fully booked.Good sound proofing.

Was able to connect to wifi, but internet was either really slow or too many on the connections on the server . Couldn't get it going, the 3G on the ipad was faster.

The room was very very tired and in desperate need of an upgrade which would have been fine if the rate had reflected this, but $400 for 3 nights in a basic country motel is way too much in my opinion.

The spa was excellent for me and my partner after having to travel 1300km for him and only 400km for me The bed was comfortable.

The room needed to be painted. The office is deceiving of the rooms. As it is updated where as the rooms are not. The price I thought was a good price until I seen what the room looked like, not that there was anything terribly wrong, but you could tell it needed a fresh coat of paint as it was quiet visible in various parts of the room/ensuite

The pictures of the hotel on booking.com are very misleading to say the least. On the website it certainly looks like a reasonably priced modern motel however that is far from the case. The room we stayed in was very old looking. The small old fridge was unstable and didnt acually cool anything. There is only one set of steps up to the second floor and they are located at one end only and we were put in the very end room as far away from the stairs as practicly possible. The motel room reminded me of an old caravan.

Staff were a little shy and inexperienced but extremley frendly, the crowd was a little unexpected for the amount of staff to serve Dinner and Breakfast. but was nice just the same.

Easy access to all local shops, sporting facilites, restaurant etc. Nice and clean. Staff were very helpful.

The quilts on the beds were dirty and stained, and the air-conditioner was noisy.

Warm, friendly and helpful staff. Very welcoming. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Restaurant served delicious meals (breakfast and dinner) and had a great kids menu. Good location for Dubbo zoo and other attractions. Kids enjoyed the pool after a hot day at the zoo.
