We got a lovely quiet and large apartment in the old building at the front. There was everything we needed and we were very comfortable.

They had a well prepared folder which gave many important information about what to do during an emergency, recommendation of food places as well as of programmes that caters to different groups like kids, youth, elderly and adults. We were given a goodie bag of chocolate as well as information on activities and events going on in Hobert for that week. We didn't need to trouble anyone about any information cause everything was well thought of and cater to the needs of different customers who stay with them.

Huge and well-equipped attractive apartment in a pretty setting, cool (in an atypically hot spell for Tassie), good wifi connection. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay.

It's a long way from the city centre and eateries - fine if you have a car, a bit of a problem otherwise. Moreover, the instructions for reaching the apartments from the airport could be improved; entering the driveway from the direction of the instructions given is very difficult, since the somewhat narrow driveway is clearly designed (angled) to be entered from the opposite direction.

A very relaxing stay, and beautiful views from the top floor rooms. A most convenient apartment.

The other guests were a bit noisy down in the car park each night.

It was close to city and main attractions and shopping.

Thought cost was excessive but realise it is peak Christmas period

The unit was clean.

It was nothing like the photos we saw online. The unit is very small and there wasn't enough room to relax and only a very small sofa to sit on. We wouldn't drink the coffee or tea they provided as it was only in a container and one never knows what others may have put in it.Also, at the other places we stayed in, the tea, coffee and sugar are re-stocked daily and at Graham Court, it is only provided for the first day. The towels were very thin. The heater didn't work very well and we were cold in the unit. The place costs us the most to stay there and it was the worst place we stayed at. While the owner was friendly, we felt that the money paid was way too much for what we received. We will never stay there again.

We liked our self catered room very much, it was large and comfortable with lovely garden views. The king sized bed was perfect, the bathroom and kitchen very clean and functional.

The light outside the bedroom window, luckily the curtains blocked most of the light.

Quiet, clean and reasonably close to where I needed to be which was at the Domain Athletics centre each day. Close to shopping centre 700m with Coles, Kmart and other little shops.

The bathroom does not have a separate shower area/screen. The floor of the entire bathroom gets wet after shower n becomes dirty. This made our 3-day stay in that apartment unpleasant and uncomfortable. The children dislike to use the bathroom as the floor was mostly in wet condition. It's a pity.

Breakfast was a little mean, also poor coffee, instant only. Strange organisation of apartments, while it was fine the nights we were there, if there were some late arrivals it could be noisy

We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a small kitchen. The rooms were a good size and quite clean.

The kitchen was quit small. If you are planning to stay for several days and cook in the apartment it could be a bit of a pain.

there is just nothing to complain!

The history of the house and estate went well with the outstanding provision and space in our apartment. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We stayed two nights but could easily have enjoyed longer as it is very accessible to Hobart and has two good supermarkets and a bottle store with equipment in the apartment to make it a great stay.

The entrance if coming from New Town direction up Pirie Street is quite difficult to enter at a 270 degree angle otherwise superb setting in well maintained gardens.
