Das geräumige App. mit komfortabler Ausstattung.

Der Ausschlag für die Buchung dieses Hotels war – Ausblick auf Hafen oder Stadt-. Gegeben wurde uns unmittelbarer Ausblick auf eine Großbaustelle. Die Aussicht wurde somit voll versperrt. In ca. 20-30m Bau eines riesigen Gebäudes mit entsprechendem Baulärm, von 7:00 bis 17:00. Der „ Piepton“ der Baufahrzeuge beim Rückwärtsfahren war nervtötend. Entsprechende Bilder stellen wir gerne zur Verfügung. Eine Weiterempfehlung kann ich im Moment nicht geben. Wir hoffen auf eine Antwort und Entgegenkommen der Hotelkette

Baulärm am Sonntag (Baggerarbeiten). Zu kleines Waschbecken im Bad (obwohl genügend Platz vorhanden).

Not enough coffee or tea & sugar for our short stay, just needed enough for an extra day, not the money but the inconvenience of having to go out and purchase more just for a couple of days.

We have stayed with you before the venue is perfect for us easy to get to the events we need to attend but also easy to get to airport too. Great eateries within walking distance good shopping across the road we really enjoyed our stay. It's the first time our friends have stayed there they enjoyed it too

Perhaps a few more minor things available to use like salt and pepper, better quality coffee but that's really minor

The fact the bond was 400 and wss frozen on credit card for 5 business days.

How cramped the room was. Hardly room to turn around. Had to rearrange room to use very small balcony. Also, they did not inform me upon booking that there would be construction going on outside the window. What was meant to be relaxing turned out ridiculously noisy.

The location was good with great view of the harbour and access to city centre.

The staff at the reception were very unfriendly. There was no wi-fi in the rooms and the staff were unable to provide us with a wi-fi modem even after repeated follow up throughout our stay. We were without Internet connection for our whole stay of 6 days. The room was not clean with worn out and dirty carpet with no housekeeping. Overall the stay was not good.

Value for money? Very disappointed compared to your competitors. Staff incompentent & lacking professionalism.

Travelling with 3 girlfriends, the 2 bathrooms was just brilliant. The balcony with harbour views was great to sit and relax. The lounge / kitchen area was ideal, with plenty of space to sit and relax / unwind.

The second bedroom was very small and we struggled to walk around bed.

We have voiced our many complaints to the gm. Staff could not careless, rooms not serviced under 7days, 1 towel each along with detergent etc., cheap linen, bathroom tired and mouldy in shower, hallways hot & stink from cooking, put in wrong rooms upon arriving , reception hard to find in street - cabs could not , had to struggle across road with luggage & elderly mother twice, 1 bedroom room very little 'stunning' river view, cabs & shuttle bus,booked but never arrived, man bowled into room at 11pm at night by 'mistake', Manager said it was my fault as door was not locked as we were luckily talking at kitchen table. 3 of us were originally booked into separate towers but recitifed, had no idea there were separate towers. Caught many cabs during 4 days, hard to direct cab driver every time . Very disappointing experience which will not be repeated or recommended

Location to the Docklands restaurants and shops. Direct route to the airport without having to drive through the centre of the city. City tourist tram availability at the door. Walking distance to the central city.Kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities were excellent.

Building site out the window with early starts by the builders. We realise that it will be finished but nothing in the advertising suggested that they were still under construction. Too much furniture squeezed into the small living and bedroom space of the apartment which restricted movement.

Helpful staff, great location, nice clean rooms, easy walk to restaurants & the Trams (free City Circle tram & no.86 Docklands tram) stop just around the corner.

1 Not value for money 2 When I booked I specified quiet room, which was ignored completely - I had to protest to get a change of room. 3 No compendium of information in the room so we were in the dark on everything except where to find the gym 4 No details given as to frequency of servicing. I expected daily, but after much inquiry, discovered it was 7 days and that discovery only after being advise that the room would be serviced after 5 days (which didn't happen). When I complained the staff tried to dismiss my complaint as frivolous 5 While the apartment had dish washing, kitchen, laundry, supplies for only two days of the 9 days were provided for. I have never experienced being told to go out and purchase my own...cannot believe it happened, especially in a Grand Mercure. 6 Freezer in the fridge very noisy and ran for hours interrupting sleep 7 Vacuum cleaner bag was solid with dust and was smelly when we first used it. The cleaning staff were very slack not changing what was clearly an over-full bag 8 Bed linen was budget and tacky for the money we paid. I have had better in cheaper accommodation 9 The view? If the filthy windows had been cleaned, I could have enjoyed it! 10 Requested light in bathroom be fixed (never happened)

For the overnight price of $530 for a Thursday the room was average in every respect, I expect far more in terms if view, indoor outdoor flow, decor etc Very disappointed
