Great location, close to restaurants and shops

Needs hairdryer in both bathrooms and the ensuite bathroom had not been cleaned or restocked

Convenience of location . Quiet environment.

Main double bed hard and a bit lumpy. The lighting in the rooms too subdued .Needs decent bedside lamps. Instant permanent parking needed.The interim system is not fail safe. We got a parking ticket as our yellow slip slipped from the dash to the seat. I suggest a piece of tape to secure it would have prevented our $81 parking ticket

Location was excellent with transport(free) to the city and walking distance to a number of really good restaurants. Views over the city and the Docklands was also a bonus. Apartment was clean and well appointed.

Did not like having to pay the full weeks tarrif up front.

My family and I booked a great self contained unit and it was just amazing. A full kitchen (with dishwasher) not that we did any cooking with the 15+ restaurants downstairs along the waterfront, and with 2 full sized bedrooms - one with ensuite - and an internal laundry. It was a perfect home away from home for long or short stays. And the staff were very friendly and very helpful. This is a great place for families, singles and couples.

It was perfectly located for our business needs

Unit 702 had beautiful views. Comfortable living space, comfortable beds. Well furnished living area and kitchen. The girl who originally checked us in was great! I wish I'd taken her name to put to you.

3 bedroom apartment, 3 adult couples, only 2 keys available. This was a big issue for us as we came and went at different times. Not happy to leave key at reception from several points of view. Storage space in bedrooms was poor - 1 bedroom had only 1 little cupboard outside the bedroom, drawer space all but non-existent in all bedrooms: for a 4 night stay, we are in the habit of unpacking. Hanging space was fine (except for above-mentioned cupboard outside the room) but we lived out of our luggage for tops, underwear, shorts etc. This is inconvenient and messy, and the bedrooms are so small. We have had accommodation in Docklands with better amenities for about half the price at the same time of year. Can't answer parts of q4 below because of huge variation.

Excellent location away from noise of the city. Easy, safe access to everything you need, especially with young children. Convenience of free City Tram transport all around the city at the corner of the boardwalk Supermarket, restaurants, shopping all conveniently close Rooms were a nice first impression, up market and trendy Nice layout format for kitchen, living & sleeping areas Safe secure undercover car parking

Minimal Kitchen cleaning aids A number of moths had accumulated in the apartment before we had arrived No manual for the use of the appliances We were not fans of the type of showerheads installed in each bathroom Clothes air rack required for washing garments in the laundry. (Clothes dryer is not always eco friendly) Bedheads were frustrating. Pillows slip behind the bed, and I found them to be "clumsy" (Im not sure how else do describe them) Squeaky bathroom door

Good location - easy access to the city centre. The apartments are spacious and have nice views over the Dicklands.

It's all a bit sterile, really. Lacksa bit of 'soul' and 'character'.

Initially disappointed to find on arrival that the Office Address had been changed without timely advice. We had left home prior to email being sent. This did cost time and inconvenience until sorted out

Comfortable and convenient

If a window or deck door was open in the apartment then wind whistled by the main door creating a high pitched sound. This was very audible during the night whenever there was even a small wind blowing. The sound was very annoying and the only remedy was to place a towel along the gap at the base of the door.
