We really liked swimming in the pool and relaxing in the spa. We also liked the gym facilities and especially the sauna The water for the spa wasn't heated very much. We would have preferred the water a lot warmer. Also, there is no protection from the wind when you are swimming in the pool / spa. Maybe a wind break would be a good idea. As a result of the wind whilst swimming, we all got sick. |

The staff were great as was the pool spa and sauna. Reasonably priced and location was central to lots of great places to shop and eat. |

We liked the location, we could walk everywhere. We were on the 12th floor, & we very much appreciated how quiet it was since we run a 7 day a week business & we were there to rest & re-charge our batteries.Beautiful breakfasts. Not really, a half used bottle of Coke in the fridge which was not ours. |

The food was not nice at all - both dinne and the buffet breakfast. The carparking on the internet was specified as $12 per day yet we were charged $18 but there was no advice on the internet of the difference in charging for valet parking. No attempt was made by the staff to rectif that situation so for the difference of $6 and the non-help in this situation we will not consider staying here again nor recommend this to friends and work colleagues. |
