I felt that the whole experience was a worthwhile venture

Quiet room location with good appointments, easy to locate, centre of Adelaide. Restaurant was excellent and good value. Hotel had warm welcoming atmosphere which we liked very much.

Hotel main entrance a little obscured in the side alley. Not so much that we didn't like it, but other people commented that it was a bit confusing.

Great room & value with separate little lounge/TV area. Excellent location with plenty of resturants close by. Ate at the hotel on our last night & the steak & service was terrific. It is our 3rd stay at an Aussie Grand Chancellor hotel & each have been great

Would have preferred the lounge bar area to be open a bit earlier, say 4.30 pm, so we could enjoy a drink after a day of sight seeing

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff very helpful.Resturant served great food.

Shower above the bath, a bit hard for my mother to get in and out of.Tiles /grouting around bath and shower probably need a revamp.This is being a bit pickly.

The room on the 6th floor was claustrophobic and I couldnt stay there. had to move to a more expensive room

Good value for money. Free unlimited wi-fi, but only in the restaurant/lobby area. Proximity to CBD, free trams, river, museums.

At certain times, a particular front desk staff member was rather brusque and surly. Free wi-fi should be available in guest rooms (as it is in the lobby).

The central city location bus stop outside handy to everything the staff at reception and in restaurant very accommodating. A pleasure to stay there

The view just looking at the concrete building across the alleyway. The lighting in the room not exactly purposeful the lights not in the right place for reading.

It didn't have what was promised. It said bathrobe and there were none and sofa and there was no sofa, which i needed for a bad back. Also there was only 1 towel and no extra pillows. We were not told about the special deal with parking

Convenient to the Festival Theatre and easy to have a meal downstairs before attending show

I liked the location of the hotel. It was close to the shopping centres, restaurants and public transport. The staff were also great, very friendly and willing to help with any problems. The cafe/restaurant located in the hotel was also excellent - lovely food and great service.

The initial price,we could book on line.

No parking,which was not on line.nor the extra price.the room was not clean.the towl rail fell off,when I went to get my car the ticket would not work.i had to walk back and get another ticket which still not work.i was late getting to my friends funeral.we both got soaked walking from the carpark the night before.the girl on the desk tried to say the ticket would not work because I was doing it wrong.it did not work for my wife either.i guess we are both idiots.we had to speak to someone from the car park to get out. It was a very stressfull experience.one that I will not repeat

The location is right in the centre of Adelaide which is perfect for seeing all the attractions like the Art Gallery and Zoo

The rooms need a proper clean, there's mold in the shower and the curtains and bedspreads are dirty. The service in the restaurant is appalling DO NOT eat there!

Our shower! Once someone had been in the shower, the whole bathroom floor was wet! I had to use 4 towels to mop it up. Also the car park voucher didn't work so I had to use my credit card but then couldn't get the money back.

The location was central in the city

the air conditioning did not work in our room and the bathroom door did not shut.
