The staff, friendly efficient and courteous Location, close to waterfront and CBD Room furnishings comfortable and desk and desk chair great for business as was wifi access Providing a map of the surrounding area in the hotel brochure Room wasnt fully clean when I checked in. There was a piece of dental floss on the carpet and a few bits of fluff suggesting it hadnt been vacuumed properly Wifi should be free, with access via password

We loved the position!!! We spent a lot of our time in our room just looking over the harbour! It was great that there were 2 lounge chairs in our room so my wife and I were both very comfortable!!

The views were great as was the buffet breakfast selection. Staff were friendly and efficient. Amenities were very comfortable. 24 hour reception was good as was room service availability. 1. Room service menu does not cater for people watching their weight..fried chips was the main option with most meals, not healthy. Add more soups, salads and sandwiches to menu. 2. Hallway lights too bright at night...light enters room through door cracks. 3.Cafe could be open at dinner time perhaps...for those solo people who feel the restaurant only caters for couples and therefore order room service but would prefer to dine downstairs. 4. The room service charge was pretty steep also. 5. No free airport shuttle from hotel.

Staff were very helpfull. Hotel was handy to Marina area. Should not have to pay extra for car parking. Bathroom design was very poor. eg. No soap holder in shower & location of toilet roll holders, basically sitting on them. Simple things, but annoying.

The newly refurbished rooms are great. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, even ensuring that our stay met all our expectations at the time of checkout. The restaurant food was well above usual hotel standard and it was own to the best meals that we had during our Hobart stay.
