Its location and the breakfast The attitude of the froen desk staff (they challenged, if I booked B&B, advertized 7 AUD for guest parking and charged 8, I had to fight for a complete bill upon checking out, also gave me worst room that my fellow travellers, however I've made the booking for both of us). |

It met my needs perfectly, but it was disappointing that booking.com did not keep up their end as the hotel did not know i was coming that caused significant grief |

within walking distance to marina, great parking. and very helpful staff! the idea of plastic shower curtains over a bath is really bad and makes the hotel look less expensive. Other than that their facilities were great! |

It was centrally located and easy to find. Close to waterfront and staff were very obliging The king size bed was two twin beds pushed together which makes it a little uncomfortable. If we'd know we were getting that we'd have booked a Queen bed. |

The hotel was clean, staff very efficient and friendly, close to the centre of Hobart. The bed was uncomfortable, possibly quite old, pillows awful. The windows need to be double glazed to keep the noise level acceptable. |

Staff were fantastic, and the new Restaurant had a great seafood platter. Suite room was very comfortable and handy for city access, right across the road for adventure cruises. |

The swimming pool was gorgeously warm temperature. The sauna and gym room were well set up. Staff were helpful. Good parking under the hotel. Fully air conditioned, therefore can't get fresh air from window. |

The location of the hotel was the best. Swimming facilities were neglected, it did not appear very clean and most of all the whole area was very cold, no heating in the room, it felt like being almost outside, especially in August, it discouraged us from swimming despite the fact that it was the main reason of choosing the hotel. |

Very central and within walking distance from CBD Parking garage entry can be improved. Had no indication where to put my access card in. Would help to have a flashing light such as at ATM's |

Spacious room, all the expected amenities.Room had a work desk which was a bit wasted on us as we were on holiday. Everything worked ok. The hotel is well located to the city centre and the sea front. Tv, although in good working order, looked a bit dated. Perhaps the hotel should invest in flat screen, wall mounted tv'S. |

A hotel with a very good harbour view and located in the heart of the city. The cancellation policy. You can't cancel your booking after you booked the hotel room. The penalty charge is your total booking charge. |

The people at the front desk were excellent and the overall peace and quiet was much appreciated (although this may not be considered good in terms of business) Limited number of restaurants |

This is a fantastically positioned Hotel - located right on the Wharf at Hobart. The staff are very professional and helpful. Just walk across the road to great Seafood Restaurants and you can buy fresh Seafood/Oysters from the Vendors - What a life; what a city! |
