Noises from other rooms
No ventilation, unable to open the window provided with a air freshener/cooler in room felt better however it turned off automatically at the middle of the night so it was quite an annoying experience.
Room was nicely set out, plenty of room.
Shower taps leaked. Carpet was visibly dirty around the edges. Shower curtain had conspicuous black marks on it. Hair dryer didn't work. All reported to reception.
The Restaurant was ok
Staff attitude, they just don't get it.
Location and bathroom refurbs are good
Lighting in the main room was terrible, old uncomfortable bed, and tv was dated -remotes mostly broken

There was a squeaky door in the deluxe king room bathroom lights shades need a clean and not bright enough
Happy Hour, walking distance to shops, restaurants, park. Staff friendly and helpful.
Hot food at breakfast was only lukewarm.
Good location. Friendly staff
Poor insulation. Could hear other guests in their rooms. Down stairs lobby smelt like sewage.
Good position, was there for football therefore lots of activity with fellow supporters and team.Staff were a bit more friendly at this visit which was a big improvement.
There was a distinct sewage smell the whole weekend which seemed to be in the lift shaft. It was not in any way permeating the rooms. Was reported but was not acted on whilst there, so assume it was not deemed important over the weekend.
The food was great, customer service was amazing. Staff were really friendly and always willing to help.
Lack of secure parking. Our first room was old and had mould in it, but when we told reception we got an instant upgrade at no extra cost.
Great location and friendly staff, warm atmosphere
Great location to town easy walking distance. Room was nice and roomy great king size bed.
Good central location and comfortable beds.
For the cost of the room, breakfast should be included.
everything else was great, enjoyed our stay, husband was in a wheelchair, and he had a lot of room to move around in our room, and meals in resturant, where great.
door stop behind, door in bathroom, in front of toilet.
great location, Beautiful & clean, modern, comfortable & quiet.
nothing not to like.
The facilities outside of the room were good
The bed was uncomfortable
Corridor outside my room was in need of paint badly, the carpet was dirty. There was a bottle of water sitting on the bedside table, we drank it as there was nothing to say we would be charged. When we checked out we asked the man at reception about it, he said there was a tag that stated that there was a $6 charge, but there wasn't anything on or near the bottle. A bit tacky!
Staff were very helpful and friendly, really nice hotel and very handy to the CBD.
I didn't get to stay there long enough!
The food was great.
Location...great room service.
Parking a little hard to find at times of meetings ect. dripping faucets in bathroom. a little cold..even with heat.
Shower over bath not a good idea the bath was too high
