Quiet and clean. Good water pressure for showers and consistent warmth and water flow. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Chairs in the room were quite uncomfortable, certainly not for relaxation. Don't like climbing into a bath to have a shower. Difficult to get to a power point to boil the jug for a cup of tea.

Location was very good and the facilities were good. Parking was also good and the staff throughout were friendly. Room well appointed and very comfortable. The sound insulation of the building is poor and we had difficulty sleeping due to the noise outside in the street. Limited television channels with very limited Foxtel.

Internet was high speed There is no facility to lock your room from inside. House keeping staff can easily enter the room when the guest is inside. if sleeping, we will not know that they are calling and they will just bump in. 2 times it happened and one time with the man who was incharge of the cable tv operation. we cannot blame them also as they get no response from me if i dont hear them calling. so a lock from inside is a must

The room was clean and tidy, and our towels and sheets were changed daily. The cleaners respected our property by not moving anything that wasn't in the way of their job and all the staff we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money! The room wasn't as modern as the one displayed on the hotel website, but this was not a concern for us.

The basics were there, clean and comfortable. Very poor room servicing, eg glasses not washed, random soap replacement, no teabag replacement Minor room issues - small cups, lights that take ages to warm up (very gloomy until they do)

A warm courteous welcome on arrival. Nice warm swimming pool located on the roof. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Quick easy access to CBD shopping and public transport. Bathroom seemed a little tired. The plate covering the cistern was missing a screw and hung away from the wall taking some paint with it. The hand rail on the bath was missing most of it's original plating.
