Buen servicio del personal, muy buena ubicacion, limpieza, orden, buen desayuno buffet, etc. No tiene Internet gratuito. Con los precios a los que se puede conseguir este servicio en la actualidad, creo que todo hotel deberia tenerlo en forma gratuita para sus huespedes. |

Proximity to shopping, hospitals, theatres. Carparking close by. Rooms where quiet. Airconditioning was a bit old. TV channel for movies was not clear so could not watch a movie |

Good price and central location. Friendly and helpful staff. Some floors were being renovated while we were there. Gym roof leaked. Bathroom could have been kept cleaner. |

location is fantastic, 24 hour reception is great, complementary late check out till 12:00 was available, the cable channels were good like NG and Discovery, and the balcony was wonderful as a utility, the decore was not ugly. Also the swimming pool was lovely, and the hotel allows muslim women such as myself to utilize the facility in our clothing, with which my husband and I were impressed. The bath tub could have been slightly cleaner, the TV had slight reception problems and the lighting had no option other than dim. |

The location When I called room service it kept diverting to reception, which is fine, however reception seemed visibly displeased by this. Another small suggestion is to add some further lighting in the rooms/passageways. It would give a nicer atmosphere. |

the comfortable bed and the location of hotel i did not like that the shower gel container was empty or that the tv did not work, and that it took a long time and 2 requests to fix. the 2nd room that was booked did not have a double bed although both rooms that i had booked were for double beds. i did not realise till the following morning that the 2nd room had 2 single beds in it. |

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was very tired, bland and shabby and in need of some maintenance and after spending time with our daughter and son who were in different hotels, overpriced. Also, no pram or wheelchair access. |
