Eigenlijk vonden wij niets positief behalve de vriendelijkheid van het personeel aan de incheckbalie. De kamer welke wij hadden geboekt was sterk verouderd, had een zeer slechte uitkijk en was bovendien erg klein;tegen betaling hebben wij een upgrade gevraagd en gekregen. |

De locatie ten opzichte van het centrum en de bezienswaardigheden alsmede in de nabijheid van diverse aangtrekkelijke restaurants en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel Het hotel is qua kamers etc een beetje aan renovatie toe |

enjoyed the rooftop pool & the full breakfast Seemed a little unkempt, one of the elevators seemed quite shakey. Staff not very helpful with tips on parking - we got a parking ticket while booking in! Staff wanting to check our room before we had even left it! Thought this was a little rude. |

The hotel is well located, has an excellent buffet breakfast, with adequate rooms. Balcony was disgustingly filthy and room was tired looking and in need of a coat of paint. |

I love the roof top swimming pool. The pool is the sole reason I stay at you hotel. The fitout in the room is very shabby, not what I would normally expect for a hotel charging your rates. |

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable.Food was also very nice. The room we were in was a little old and tired however everything was in good working order. Bathroom really needed updating. |

The staff were pleasant on our arrival. Room was old and dated and not the cleanest we have seen. However as we had arrived from London it was good to have somewhere to sleep. Slow service in the bar. |

The staff were helpful, the location was very convenient. The room we were put in after the first night was very comfortable. The room we were put in on the first night was not acceptable and not at all to the standard we had booked. We arrived late at night after 14 or 15 hours in transit and did not need to deal with being given the wrong room. There were major renovations going on, and I hope the floor we were on had not been done yet, because the paint and fixtures were quite "tired". |

I did like nothing as the bedsheet is too dirty and there is no cleaning service.Th rubbish is also not collected frequently.If possible, please change the TV to LCD. |

The location was excellent. Breakfast good value so overall happy with choice of accomodation. A little dated and the steps on the front entrance difficult when lifting luggage although staff were very helpful. |

Balcony/Open Windows, Location, Buffet Breakfast food selection, heated Pool, Bar & free canapes. Cheaper rooms are very uncomfortable, very dirty, very old. Commented on this to Reception, but still had to pay $30 to upgrade to a King room 2nd night and it was more comfortable and clean. Still not up to a standard of cleanliness I would expect at home (bathroom only). And, no flyscreens or bars on windows - very high drop, very unsafe, should be something on the windows - but was amazed we could open them and have fresh air - loved that part! |

We liked how close it was to the shopping district and the amount of quality restaurants that were near by. Most things that interested us were only a short walk away. We were a little disappointed in our room at first. But half way thru our stay we were given another room that had more space and was more up to date, we were much happier. |
