Close to Adelaide CDB Staff were not very helpful about local transport and amenities. The room was cleaned with random effectiveness and often we lacked milk for tea and coffee. |

Entrance/foyer was nice.Gentleman who checked us out was professional.Roof was nice as well Only a couple of beers and a chocolate bar in the Mini Bar.We would have consumed more if it had been stocked.And when we booked on line we asked if it would be ok to check in late as it was our wedding night but we didnt get a reply .(No big deal but it would have been good to have that confirmed) ta |

Location was good and handy parking + close to tram to centre and resaurants. Second stay hand a convention on and facilities seemed to be stretched. Also on arrival seemed to be surprised that we had a confirmed booking and took 20 mins standing at checkin, while duty manager dissapeared out back. Mattresses in room were past it - slumped in the middle and light in bathroom hanging out of ceilling. Room clean and good size. |

Staff was very friendly, clean and comfortable rooms, convenient location for weekend Felt a bit like ending at a wrong place or even police office when they asked me to provide a passport copie reasoning that this was an Australian regulation but no other hotel in Australia or elswhere were asking for it... |

The staff were the best part, I dealt with a few of them and each time they were very accomodating, friendly and helpful. Specifically the gentleman at reception on the evening of Sat 7th Nov (who likes certian old cars), the young lady in the restaurant at closing (which I think she delayed for me), the table staff in the morning on the 8th, and another very pleasant dark-haired young lady who checked me out of my room on the 8th at about 9am. I did not like the grungy somewhat dilapidated underside of the balcony above mine. I feel the hotel should at the very least strip away the sagging/water-rotted material in view on the balcony of rm 603 for example. |

Staff were efficient and helpful and the services were satisfactory. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The chips that came with the fish were only half cooked. The minibar in the room could have carried a few more items. |

Convenient, quiet and modern hotel. Easy access to city and elsewhere with good free parking.. Close to many restaurants. All conveniences in room which had a pleasant outlook of parklands and city. Staff friendly and efficient. |

The room downstairs was very nice and the meals came out quickly except for our breakfast that took 1 hour to come out bacon and eggs... our breakfast took an hour .. the pillows was too hard .. and the tv was small. |

The reception was efficient and friendly and features of the hotel were explained. I was phoned the next day and asked why I hadn't paid. I explained that I paid over the internet but the hotel didn't have a record of that which I found unsettling. I phoned back a few minutes later & explained that I had the booking number etc but the person didn't want it at that time. |

Lo staff è otiimo, camere grandi. Ci hanno tenuto le valigie dopo il check out, comodo per chi ha voli alla sera. Posizione non proprio centrale, ma per fortuna c'è un tram non tanto lontano e gratis per andare in centro!! |
