Good location, both to towm, Melbournes free tram system and the sports arena we were visiting 4 star serviced hotels should by definition be serviced - for me this means daily change of towels, quick kitchen clean. Not once a week unless this is clearly advertised - I certainly never saw this. I expect weekly service from 2 or possibly 3 star depending on charges. you charge 4 star prices I expect 4 star service - or did you rate yourselves as 4 star! Very dissappointed. |

The only positive I found was the close proximity to Etihad Stadium and thge Docklands precinct. The apartment was not serviced during my stay of 4 nights - for the $250/night I would at least expect that!! |

Close to tram station - well lit area for coming home at night. Second bathroom did not have a hand towel rail - very cramped. Air-conditioner was very noisy when it clicked back in. Clothers dryer did not work properly. |

The apartment was amazing, relaxing,comfortable and upper class and so good that you don't want to even leave the apartment and stay there all day and night and relax. |

Very convenient location with a tram stop on the doorstep. No fuss about towels and cleaning services. |

It's location was ideal for the reason for our visit. The interior of the shower the pink colour in the corners and the joines of large numbers of tiles that relates to poor cleaning practise. The wall behind the cook top had deposits from the meals cooked by the previous clients and the balcony had a very large build up of dirt (not dust) on the tiles and in the aluminium joinery plus a number of cigarette butts. |

Good location; exceeded our expectations regarding room and building facilities; staff kept to promise of checking room before we left and tore up credit card imprint slip in front of us. Costs for internet access should be on a daily basis rather than weekly (we were only there for 4 nights) |

Closeness to cafes for breakfast. Cleaniness of rooms & bathroom, kitchen facilities and equipment older and not good quality. In comparison to similiar offerings in Melbourne, this hotel overpriced. |

we stayed in a two rooms, two toilets apartment, it is rather nice and comfortable, equipment and facility are absolutely adequated, appropiated in spacewise, we all have a present stay here. there are only a few cafe and convenience store around. |

Was very well located for Telstra Dome. Building had good facilities. Very close to supermarket/bottleshop and lots of restaurants. Close to tram line and to Skybus depot. |
