I didnt like the fact that the room was not very clean and looked tired. The lounge chair was very unccomfortabel and should have been thrown out

Serviced apartments with good facilities and good security. Good location for trade show center and city centre.

Comfortable without being glamorous. The apartment was a bit worn out given it's young age. Hard to move & lock balcony door, towel rack falling off, bathroom tiles discolored, lights not working. But overall it was comfortable enough and clean. I liked the fact that the car is parked in the same level as the room, meaning you didn't have to go up and down elevators to move stuff. Also close to Docklands harbourside shops and trams so easy to get to city cbd.

The apartments are of a cheap build standard generally, but they did have Smeg appliances and a granite benchtop.

I like that area of town. I love the free tram stop just out side.

The room was dirty, the couch was worn out. I requested a room with a view if possible, I understand that you cant please every one in that regard, but we were put into a two bedroom unit and the main bedroom actually has zero view! I would have actually preferred a "single" room as booked. The kitchen tap mixer leaked water all over the bench, a maintenance person had "attacked" it with thread tape prior to our arrival, that was never going to work. A plumber he or she is not.

Great location, close to transport, retail outlets and restaurants, comfortable rooms, great views of the area and friendly staff

we were upgraded to a 2 roomed apartment which was lovely and spacious. comfortable beds and good facilities. great to be so close to our christmas function and not having to worry about taxi home was great.

We liked the location and design of the room

Definatley hated the fence on the balcony the barrier.... You sit down and all u see is this fence ... Get spoils it

For the money it was poor! There was no pool facilities as stated. The room was not serviced. The price was cheaper if I booked directly through the company website. So overall very disappointing. We could have stayed at the casino cheaper!!

Good location close to our function at the docklands

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Very hard beds and flat hard pillows
