I thought the accommodation was over priced. For the price I was surprised that there was only 1 bathroom, No top sheet on the beds which is not good when you are tall.

For the money it was poor! There was no pool facilities as stated. The room was not serviced. The price was cheaper if I booked directly through the company website. So overall very disappointing. We could have stayed at the casino cheaper!!

Great location. Close to parks, Docklands, City Circle tram and and city. Easy to get around walking and by tram. Good size dining lounge and bedrooms big enough. Not over fancy so we were not worried about kids being kids. Didn't really hear anyone else accept the occasional door. Unit was a bit smelly when we entered. Needed more aring. Bathroom smelled a bit moldy. Only quarter roll of toilet tissue. No face washers. Only one bath towel hook and one lower hand towel rail in bathroom (for 2 bed unit which accomodates 4 people). No information in the room on the accomodation facilities and no phone in room to contact reception (or at least no instructions about how guests might do this with intercom). I had to go go down to reception (out the door and down the street) to ask where pool was (a sign in the lift would be helpful) and to make check-out arrangements. Also no information readily available about how to operate equipment - TV, dishwasher and washing machine. Digital clock broken.

It was conveniently located to the city, close to trams and trains.Quiet part of the city. We found that our 2 bedroom apartment was lacking in some basic things, for example no coat hangers whatsoever in the bedrooms, bathroom had no where to hang towels, and what shelf there was had a lean on it. More cooking utensils would have been better. Also another bedside table in the bedrooms would have been more convenient to put wallets watches on etc.

It was easy access to public transport. Stocked well with toiletries. The room contained alot of mould, especially around the edges of the carpet, that was a concern for me, health wise. The pictures on the internet depicted something alot bigger, I was suprised that it was much smaller than I imagined.

The location to Ethiad stadium, the rooms were interestingly designed The quality of the room was poorly constructed, poorly finished off and the walls were paper thin. Finding the entry to the property was very difficult and not well signed for exit or entry points

Beds hard, they have tried to soften with a foam overlay ok for short stay windows should be double glazed as quite a new building that would help keep out noise from street below

The rooms were very nice and clean and very well equiped with everything you need for a few nights stay, staff were very help full. and the location of the hotel was very good the only thing i didnt like was the pool and lesure facilitys were not very good. when i checked in i wanted to use the pool and steam room but i was told they were only for long stay guests and i would need an induction. i was not happy with this because i booked the hotel for me to swim and use the steam room.

Ease to City and Docklands for shopping and access to footy. The room was very musty smelling and there was a heap of dust on the door frames (fussy I know but it looked yuck).

Nice place easy to everything BUT VERY DISAPOINTED ESPECIALLY THE CHILDREN THAT WE COULDNT USE THE POOL,AND VERY BAD WE HAD A ROOM THAT OVERLOOKED IT AND WATCHED EVERYONE HAVING FUN IN THE POOL . APPRENTLY YOU HAVE TO STAY THERE FOR MORE THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE YOU CAN USE THE POOL (NOT GOOD)!!!!!!!!!!!! They should mention that on the booking of the place!!!! SEE ABOVE

Apartment well located to public transport and Ethiad Stadium at end of street, ideal for football! Harbour close proximity as was Southern Cross railway station..great for ease to Zoo and other train excursions. Unfortunately whilst the decor was modern and well laid out the beds were very hard and uncomfortable my daughter chose to sleep on the comfortable couch as an alternative.
