We were lucky enough to stay in the diplomatic suite which was absolutely breath taking. The views, the space and the spa! Absolutely amazing and I would never stay anywhere else as the location is just perfect with everything all at walking distance.
Everything! Its our first time to stay at a 5 star hotel. Front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming. The view (overlooking yarra river) that we had was just breathtaking specially at night. Can't say anything bad about the room! Bed was super spacious and super comfy! Bathroom was so clean. We even received a complimentary wine because we were celebrating our anniversary.
The price! lol. But we did stay on a saturday night so understandable. :)
Friendly efficient staff Absolute luxury of facility
Great view from the room very well informed and knowledgable staff at reception and so willing to help always with a smile Can't wait for a return visit.

Location, quietness of room, lay out of room and bathroom, club room extras, helpful staff
Loved the view. Cleanliness. Accessibility. All the facilities were great.
Grand King rooms are a little small. Price for a one night stay can be less. Nonetheless, everything was excellent!
Great central location in a lovely part of Melbourne CBD. Very friendly and efficient staff.
Everything, all staff were consistently friendly, approachable, personable and diligent.
The room service meals are too large!
The facilities were great, especially the Ruco bar and dining area. I enjoyed breakfast as well and the people at reception were very friendly, professional.
I didn't think I had booked a twin room, so was disappointed to find that's I only had 2 single beds in the room... I was looking forward to sleeping in a King bed on my own!

Lovely Room and Bathroom.
The Vip Lounge was a mess on a Saturday night. Not sure if they were understaffed or over run. Turned around and went elsewhere. Paid $450 for a room and then had to pay another $28 for parking. There was a massive queue for breakfast tables on Sunday Morning however the Vip Lounge was good, after they cleared us a table.
The service from all staff And the cleanliness of the room
