Comfortable,clean,spacious. Showers had no pressure and took forever to warm up. No instructions for heat pumps. Would be nice to have bathrobes. Clocks should be set to local times and alarms off. I got a rude awakening at Midnight which was not pleasant. Instructions for gas cooker and washing machine for those not familiar with these brands.

Everything. Luxury, extremely well appointed two bed appartment with ensuite shower rooms and bath in the bedrooms! Full kitchen facilities including washing machine and tumble dryer. TV's in bedrooms. Full use of nearby Novotel Hotel facilities including swimming pool, spa, restaurants etc. Golf course on site. Highly recommended. We only booked in for one night!

It accomadated our family in a spacious environment but we could also could come together for some wonderful family time. Our relatives live in Creswick so it was great to be five minutes away from them. I liked how there was everything I needed in the kitchen to cook with. I was surprised and happy at the quality of the apartment. The staff were wonderful as we had just flown through the night. The sound of the traffic. Our villa was closest to the highway.

Second time we've stayed here. Good size and good amenities for adult family group. Location was suited to our plans. Beds and linen were comfortable and modern. Native birds in the surrounds were delightful. Heater and DVD didn't work, but the maintenance man came as soon as requested, carefully checked everything and fixed the DVD. The heater issue had to be referred to the service company but we still had reverse cycle heating.

The apartments were very spacious, clean and well appointed. They exceeded my expectations and looked much better in real life than the photos on the internet. I didn't like that the upstairs bedrooms had a space in the walls (where the venetian blinds were) so all the noise in the apartment travelled very easily through all the rooms. We were staying in the apartment with our 3 young children and it felt like we were staying in one large room all together because we could hear everything from all the rooms. I would have preferred if that space in the wall was covered with glass to prevent the noise from travelling as much.
