Comfort factor is excellent, facilities are excellent and the staff are professional and very friendly and helpful. Dd not enjoy our meal at the restaurant. My steak was very overlooked and dry and my husband did not enjoy his entree of spring rolls. The service in the restaurant was a little slow, staff standing talking while there were empty plates on our table. Very disappointing as the restaurant looks like a fine dining restaurant. Another factor that let the experience down was that I. A practically empty restaurant, we were sat next to a table with a child and very loud conversation from the adults. We wanted a quiet personal experience. The barman who served us our pre dinner drinks was lovely.

Comfortable, polite staff, breakfast which they didn't charge because of booking error was nice. Booking date was wrong! We had to take double room and we were two females. Not happy.

The staff were very friendly and it was lovely and quiet. The pool was excellent. Was not a good location if you didn't have transport. The room service meal was less than average (not edible). It was not very family friendly for young children as there was no TV stations and instead about an extra 3 sport channels. You had to pay for movies if you wanted something for the children to look at. We loved the pool and that we were close to AMF Bowling and Lollipops.

The gardens are delightful. The staff are very friendly. Not happy to be charged hotel prices when it is a motel. Smoke in one room, no air con in another and then they broke my luggage. No lift and no bath, not happy with the concrete ceilings which just finished the room in a motel style.

Easy check-in and no hassles anywhere. Room ready and pleasant. Comfortable bed and good nights sleep. Breakfast in the restaurant was overbooked and busy and brekky left a lot to be desired. Guess that is problem with having breakfast on Fathers Day. I am sure other times the breakfast is yummy.

The rooms were so spacious and the decor was so beautiful with an air of luxury. We loved the relaxed bar and restaurant atmosphere and will definately stay again. Thank you for making our girls weekend such a memorable experience! Could not fault the service or facilities. Well done!
