Location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room.Nice balcony with views. Door to bathroom would only open from the outside. We had to knock to be let out every time we used to bathroom.

Staff were SO friendly and willing to help. Newly renovated two bedroom unit was luxurious and modern. The huge trampoline, the swing set and the pool were enjoyed by the kids every day!

That the owners/staff were onsite and available (even on Christmas Day). An on site restaurant would have been wonderful and would have improved the services score to Excellent. I also thought it was a bit overpriced for just one room (plus bathroom).

The apartment was spacious with security screens so you could leave the windows open. There were few items the children could break or play with which was good. The description on the internet of what we booked and what we stayed in was quite different. There wasn't a private balcony. The unit was supposedly 4 star but 3.5 would be more accurate. There wasn't a mini bar and the kitchen is due for a refurb and the apartment looked out to the car like a standard motel room.

The room was clean and spacious and provide a comfortable atmosphere for a couple. The location was best suited for our particular needs. After enquiring about the use of a dvd player for our business purposes the unit was inoperable and the in-house instructions were not clear.
