Very central and close to things. Clean and tidy. The meal was nice, had to wait awhile to be served in the bar but meal arrived very quickly, once ordered. Access from airport was difficult as taxi would not stop outside hotel and stopped outside back entrance were there were only stairs very difficult for a female to get all luggage up stairs and then find reception area to check in especially when late at night, and then having to luggage up to room, after long flights etc. |

The lack of street noise was appreciated. Staff are friendly. Room (308) was a bit crowded. |

Good location in centre of town. Possibility to make your own coffe-tea in the room. Good bed, good shower. Not a very warm welcom on arrvial. The entrance of the hotel and the corridors are not very welcoming and a bit rundown. |

The only thing I really liked about the hotel was that it was in a good location, being located at the edge of the CBD area near the Chinatown. Good asian cuisine was available on the streets nearby and it was a short walk to the central station. The hotel is very old and looks run down in the common areas. The room was incredibly small, about as small as you would expect to get if you visited Rome and stayed in the historical area. The room is basically a queen bed with two feet of clearance around it plus a bathroom. The view from the window was literally a brick wall. The restaurant breakfast was of low quality and very greasy, they often run out of items which are not replaced in a timely manner. The front desk staff is very pushy and unfriendly. They called me in my room an hour before the check out time to ask why I was still in the room. You cannot shorten the length of your stay either. Hotel is very cheap, you must pay to use fitness centre. |

I found this hotel to be quite average - although the location was handy to the CBD and surrounding suburbs, the area was not very nice; it was listed as 4 star but I totally disagree, I think it barely scrapes in at a 3 star in comparison with the many hotels I have stayed in; the restaurant it boasts is more like a sports bar with pokie machines and pub food, and there was no room service; the buffet breakfast was unappealing; the room was small and plain; although the website said there were mini-bars you actually had to purchase drinks from reception and they had run out of many items. I could go on but you probably get the picture. I wouldn't stay there again. |

The position of the hotel was great and easy excess to places of interest in Sydney I only wanted a room to sleep at night and that proved excellent. |

It was centrally located, quiet and comfortable. It was my second choice, and due only to my late booking, I didn't get into another hotel where friends were staying, at a cheaper rate, bigger rooms and breakfast provided. |
