Great location to enjoy a weekend in sydney. Close to everything we needed. The air conditioning vents were absolutely filthy and we needed to clean them to get any reduction in the temperature of the room, as we went in the summer time this was important. If they were cleaned it would also reduce the running costs of the hotel. |

The food from the restaurant was excellent. The room had make up from a previous client still on the table. The bedding cover was tattered. |

This is one of the best 'value for money' Hotels I have stayed in either here or overseas. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who needs a centrally located place to stay. Bus stops right outside the front door, Central station is a three minute walk away, entertainment and many restaurants nearby. One of the best features is that for a two night stay you CAN pay less if you don't have your room serviced. I was due to book in at 2pm but my room was ready AND available for me at 9.30am at no extra charge ! |

The locations is tops, that's about it. The TV's are well out of date sizewise and quality. Should most definately upgrade the TV's specially when the hotel is charging $15.95 to watch a movie. |

We felt this Hotel was OK. The outside is plain however they are trying to keep the traditional look. The room was clean and tidy however as a queen size room it was simply two single beds pushed together. Also there was information about the mini bar but there wasn't one in the room. The Bar that joins the Hotel was OK especially for younger folk. We didn't eat at the Hotel so cannot comment on this. Finally the Hotel is very close to Central Station and only a few minutes walk to Darling Harbour so nicely situated for us. Unable to open the main windows. |

The location is perfect if you want to stay in the center of Sydney, everything is whithin walking distance. This is NOT a four-star hotel. All the services you can expect in this category of hotels are charged to the client: gymnasium, luggage storage, housekeeping! This hotel is overpriced. |
