Convenient, clean, renovated accommodation I arrived by car - there was no indication of where I could park while checking in and parked in the entrance to the adjacent car park. I was told parking may be available and if not I could park in a neighbouring carpark for $25. From 11.30pm till 9.00am the following day I had to pay $36 in the car park that I was directed to. |

convenience for transport eg train,bus When asking for an extra day my price doubled.I thought my enthuisiasm would have been recognised not penalised..Your price was supposed to be 'best price".I subsequently realised I could have changed to a hotel with a much cheaper rate than the $180 you charged. |

This hotel was listed as being 4 star, yet the rooms are nowhere near this standard. The furniture and fittings are old and outdated, the bathroom was extremely basic, with very low quality products supplied. The whole place reeks of cutting costs and giving away as little as possible - charging $10 to use the gym, $2 to hold a bag etc - the hotel was cheap and in a great location - but there's no way it deserves 4 stars. |

Great location and value, friendly helpful staff. Excellent facilities once we asked. No information card in the room to outline facilities and how to use them, eg, laundry, phone messages, air port shuttle. Air conditioning appeared to set by central location, unable to adjust in the room, too cold to leave on overnight but too hot without it. |

Daniel on the desk tried his best with a very bad hotel Horrific experience. Simply horrific – We started check-in at 3:15, well past the 2pm time advertised. When we opened the door of our rooms, there was luggage in both rooms. The desk insisted the room was not occupied this day nor previous day. We insisted that it was unlikely that housekeeping made up the room with luggage still left behind. Took nearly 2 hours for staff to discover they had not properly checked-in THAT guest. They gave us a different room – the room was not properly made up – no face cloths or hand towels. Previous guest had carefully emptied the can of chips and replaced. No telling what else was missing from the stock that we might have been expected t pay for. Housekeeping had not replugged the lamps that |

The place was clean and staff were helpful. It was a convenient location and security seemed good, even though people were drinking on the ground floor - I had my daughter with me. My only gripe was it had very noisy pipes and when people were having showers and going to the toilet, the noise was enough to wake us up. |

Reception was available till late . I could not get a meal from the restaurant in the lobby to eat in my room. Apparently the hotel & the restaurant could not work together. This was not a good outcome for an otherwise average stay , & I would not stay again given the same circumstances.... |

Location, location, location - 5 minutes walk from Central Station, also adjacent to light rail/tram and monorail facilities for getting around the city. Also wonderful Vietnamese and Chinese eateries just around the corner, as is Paddy's Market. |
