L'hotel ha un'ottima posizione in città in una delle piu' bella strade del centro ed è ben collegato , ha una hall misurata con bar dove offrono un complimentary drink di benvenuto. La camera assegnataci era spaziosa, e ben accessoriata ed equipaggiata con tv grande schermo. Il personale manageriale è competente e preparato. |

l'hotel ci ha assegnato una camera a dir poco ridicola peggio dei motel più modesti . la camera era angusta piccola soffocante e sporca. la foto del sito era di pura invenzione , l'ala vecchia dove era posizionata la nostra camera era oscena. |

The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. It was very close to the tram stop and an overall convenient place within the city. It had a bit of a musty smell and we couldn't open any windows so I felt a bit claustrophobic. However the staff were really great and they tried to help us out with this. |

The reception staff were very helpful and the hotel was very handy to all transport. Having a double bed against the wall made it difficult to get in and out. |

I had a standard room (officially it is 4 star hotel, standard rooms are 3 star!), which was "at the end of the world"! I had to cross some corridors on the 4th floor and some additional steps to reach my room. The room was quite spacious and well equipped, but it didn't have safe. The bathroom was very small and could be renovated. I didn't like the location of the room and the small bathroom. The buffet breakfast was quite expesive. 28 AUD. |

The standard of the room is very low and should not be sold as a Mercure. It is not in the interest of booking.com to continue selling this kind of room because you are damaging your good reputation |

Very disappointed. The carpet was very worn and old. Three stars hotels have better carpets than this hotel. For our first stay, the room was too small (the smallest room we have stayed and we can hardly move in the shower without turning the taps) and we have to sleep under the curtains. The bed should be moved so that the curtains are on the side and not above the eyes when guests sleep. |

I only stayed the one night but I did like the cleanliness and quietness of the room. Check-out was a little slow and finding my way from one room to another was a little confusing with their myriad of hallways. |

Central location - great for accessing Adelaide but to get to our room we had to take the lift then walk through the building, down some stairs to another part of the hotel - obviously a much older part of the hotel ... and a long way to carry our bags. All night the vibration and noise from a nearby night club bombarded us - it started early and was still going when we left at 5am for our early morning flight. |

The sheets were amazing! So soft! The manager in the restrarunt was very professional and helpful. The view from my hotel room....there wasn't one! |

Close to Convention centre. The hotel rooms are disgusting. Not at all 4 star standard. Bedroom keys do not work properly. There is no security chain or double lock on the doors. Hotel is advertised as 4 star, but they do not have 24 hour room service, They have a menu at reception, you can order from the menu and one of the local restaurant delivers the meal to your room in an hours time. |

The location close to the railway station. This Mercure is really not worth a stay. The rooms in economy class are the size of a match box. There is disco noise until 3 am. The bathroom is so small you can even not turn in it. |

It was central to Adelaide and therefore easy to walk to the various tourist sites. It was expensive when compared with the equivalent hotel in Melbourne. |

Very central for a visit to the city of Adelaide. Opposite Railway Station,Casino, Theatre. All oublic transport just outside front entrance. Unfortunately the shower/toilet area needed refurbishment and there was not enough storage space, especially if there had been 2 people using the room. |

i know it was the cheap rate, but the room you get is like a storage room. and the uneven floors are poor, you have to walk for "miles" with heavy bags before you reach your room. |

The friendly staff and its central position The noise on Friday night and on Saturday night from adjacent nightclubs was quite unbearable. The booming of the bass sounds until 4.30 am and even 6.30 am on Sunday morning was unacceptable. I ended up having to go out at the crack of down for a walk. |
