excellent amenities. no hassle with meeting the representative after hours- very friendly and helpful. Plenty of room for a adult family. great location. close to CBD and nice restaurants and cafes. ~Easy walk to trams and tourist attractions

Would like one more confortable chair in the lounge - only had a 3 seater sofa and a hard plastic chair. a small bedside table in the main bedroom, more coat hangers.and a coffee plunger would have been great

Excellent location, very helpful agent, room was as per the photos, bed very comfortable, shower hot and super-powerful :-) Would happily stay again and recommend the place.

It was nice and quiet, great location being right in the centre of Melbourne city. Bed was comfortable

It was a shame to find the toilet and shower had not been cleaned. the toilet had been used and not flushed. The edging around the shower on the outside had a build up of black mould. When stripping the bed before we departed I found a very large yellow stain on the mattress protector and the pillows should have a protective slip on them as well.

Location

Shower should come with an additional hand held type for children's convenience. Living room should include a low table

The apartment itself was great and the inner city location was excellent. The staff we had contact with were extremely helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was spotlessly clean & very comfortable. The location was fantastic, so central with everything within walking distance. The gym & pool facilities were an added bonus. If I return to Melbourne again I would definitely stay here.

Fantastic location right in the middle of Melbourne cbd that meant we were able to walk to many of the shops and resturants or use the fantastic public transport system right outside our door. Wonderful views.

I liked the people managing the apartments - thought they were excellent and did their best to put to right things that went awry. I loved the pool and the sauna.

What I didn't like was the fact that my key didn't work first shot and I sometimes spent up to half an hour attempting to get into the apartment. I have already spoken with Kim and Chris and they are resolving the key issue. I found the actual apartment was quite soulless. I would have preferred something with a little more character or colour.

The privacy and the convenience. Really enjoyed my stay.

microwave was dirty. needed a spare set of keys as we were only supplied with one which restricted going out singley..

It was central to everything we wanted, so very suitable. Big w ,Woolworths and Dan Murphys Liquor store were 3 floors below the building, along with a good choice of food courts - so very convenient. It had a good view from the living room and balcony, and bedroom. Could have done with an extra side table each side of the lounge! The agent met us on time and was very informative, and was only a phone call away for the extra questions we had.

The beds weren't too comfortable. The carpet was very marked and not nice to look at or walk on , so downgraded the modern apartment.

The washer/dryer did not work properly for me. The window in the lounge room did not open.

The apartment was right in the city and was clean and comfortable. The staff member who met me and checked me in, Pablo, was very pleasant and helpful.

I booked car parking a month ahead of the trip, but on checking found parking had not been booked. As a result I ended up being moved to different accommodation. The new accommodation was fine but it was quite a bit further away than the area I wanted to be in.

The apartment had an excellent location for our week's stay in Melbourne. The furnishing and equipment in the unit is basic and adequate.

We enjoyed our stay however it could have been much better if maintenance was carried out on the unit. A list of significant items was left in the apartment when we checked out. The air-conditioning did not work properly which mean it was quite hot in the unit. We raised this issue on the afternoon we arrived by phone but nobody called us back. I was also disappointed to find that the washing machine/dryer had a broken door which meant I could not use it as you couldn't open the door. This was one of the reasons I booked this apartment.
