Airport Hacienda Motel  

One of the closest to the Portside at Hamilton. Perfect place to stay at if getting on a cruise ship. Also close to airport. Motel offers shuttle service to Airport at $10 per head.Good Breakfast

Only issue is that bags need to be dragged up flight of stairs if room is on first floor, no available lift service.

the meals were great and well priced, was close to airport for travelling,

the room was so uncomfortable no lounge chairs just wooded chairs. hard to get to off the main road needed side street listed

Excellent friendly, helpful staff. immaculate room. Well priced for the level of service provided. Restaurant food is adequate and average price.

Our room was at the top of 4 flights of stars, with no lift. The room was noisy, with what sounded like a possum or a person bounding around across the roof, or in the ceiling. Street traffic was almost continuous all night. The water in the fridge had been there so long it had frozen! The kettle was too large to fit under the tap so the tea and coffee facilities were pointless.

Very satisfied with the friendliness of the staff.Had a very nice supper in the cafe,great service.Rooms were very clean & stocked well for our needs.Highly recommended.

The dining room staff fitted us in for dinner even though we were late in arriving from the airport, which meant we did not have to go out again to search for another place to eat. .The food was very nice too.

There was some pipe hammer in the plumbing which was a little annoying.

Er is geen ophaalservice vanaf het dichtbij gelegen internationale vliegveld. Bij aankomst om 20.00 uur is er niets te drinken te krijgen. De kamer is matig schoon en erg sober.

La proximité de l'aéroport. La possiblité de prendre un petit déjeuner, au demeurant excellent, compris dans le prix de l'hôtel

L'hôtel est relativement proche d'une route à grande circulation ; nous avons donc été partiellement géné par le bruit (partiellement car l'hôtel ne donne pas directement sur la route et nous avons eu une chambre ne donnant pas sur la façade exposée au bruit)

I arrived later in the evening after a long flight, no food options but a dispense machine, had to have packet nuts for dinner, staff did not seem to know much, Internet did not work, had work to do I could not complete, it was expensive for what it was, it was winter with little warmth, the bed was lumpy and saggy, got a bad back, what can I say, this place is awful

It was convenient to the airport and the hotel offered a shuttle bus at a small fee

Bus pick up at door for airport & yummy breakfast

Shhets had holes bed was sunken & shower extremely small
