One of the closest to the Portside at Hamilton. Perfect place to stay at if getting on a cruise ship. Also close to airport. Motel offers shuttle service to Airport at $10 per head.Good Breakfast Only issue is that bags need to be dragged up flight of stairs if room is on first floor, no available lift service.

UNbelievable, the room was like a garage with painted bricks, not clean, no way to open the windows, far too expensive ...

It is cheap. Our room was at the top of 4 flights of stars, with no lift. The room was noisy, with what sounded like a possum or a person bounding around across the roof, or in the ceiling. Street traffic was almost continuous all night. The water in the fridge had been there so long it had frozen! The kettle was too large to fit under the tap so the tea and coffee facilities were pointless.

Convenient for Brisbane Airport. Efficient welcome and check-in. Breakfast included in rate. Room of a good size. No lift. Noisy because of road alongside, clients arriving and leaving and rolling/carrying suitcases along corridor and on staircase. Decor tired and shower looked unsavoury. Breakfast room had uncleared tables.

I arrived later in the evening after a long flight, no food options but a dispense machine, had to have packet nuts for dinner, staff did not seem to know much, Internet did not work, had work to do I could not complete, it was expensive for what it was, it was winter with little warmth, the bed was lumpy and saggy, got a bad back, what can I say, this place is awful

The dining room staff fitted us in for dinner even though we were late in arriving from the airport, which meant we did not have to go out again to search for another place to eat. .The food was very nice too. There was some pipe hammer in the plumbing which was a little annoying.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. A hotel that has 'airport' within it's name should not cost $30 AUD each way to get to. A hotel with 'airport' in it's name should be on site or provide a shuttle service to it. When we arrived at the hotel and checked in we found we had to carry bags up the stairs (no lift), the restaurant looked poor, the rooms were equally poor. If I was advising Best Western or Bookings.com I would either make some changes to the hotel or remove it from your listings. If I paid £40 for the night I could understand, but we paid nearly £100.

The staff were very helpful. We had what we needed for the time we were there. We were going on a cruise ship and you are in walking distance to the ship which was lovely. The staff allowed us to bring our bags back after the cruise as we had 12 hrs to kill and pick them back up before going to the airport. Everyone one was lovely. The air conditioning hadn't been turned on when we arrived and it was very late so it was quite hot in our room to go to sleep at first.

Unfortunately we did not get down to the cocktail bar as it was our wedding night but we are definately booking this hotel again to get the whole experience!!!
