Harbour Lights Cairns - The Luxury Collection

Excellent location - comfortable as can be - excellent location - perfect

We had a super 2 bed appartment overlooking the harbour, beautifully furnished, just the job for R&R

Checking in for the appartments is not at the hotel but at the local info bureau, this is very confusing. This should be advised at the time of booking not a few days before check in by email as in our case we had no access to email for 4 weeks prior to arrival

The location

We stayed in the condo units but had to walk to the end of the block to register. The hotel reception wouldn't help with any issues, dialing a cell #, obtaining an ice cube tray, sorting out parking issue as somebody was parked in our designated spot. The unit was sparsley furnished and very bland in paint and decor.

We were upgraded and felt like we were extremely wealthy

Location fantastic, apartment decor was gorgeous and views sensational.

Apartment kitchen had hardly any cooking pans/fry pans and a babies bottle (glass) smashed on the tiled kitchen floor at 3am and no dust pan brush to be found (only the dust pan...). Also had a significant blackout on our final night and no candles/torches to be found either. Blackout lasted from around 7pm until the early hours of the morning and it was very frustrating sitting in the dark. Luckily the hotel staff (not associated with the apartment) found some tea light candles for us. These are minor issues though and we loved our stay and would definitely return.

We were upgraded to a penthouse suite which was fantastic. Staff were very helpful and fantastic location, will definetley stay their again!

Everything. The design and the location of the hotel is superb. The harbour view simply stunning. The apartment style and fittings were beautiful. The staff was very helpful. A highly recommended place to stay in Cairns.

Sandy and Elise were very helpful, professional and gave us personalised service, even offered a choice between two apartments on arival. Position of this hotel is the best in Cairns. Facilities top notch, garage, pool, BBQ, sauna, gym, big viewing terrace, own balcony, best restaurants on door step or minutes walk, 50 meters to marina. Don't hesitate to book - its the best.

Very good location at the city Center of Cairns and within 3 min's walk to the cruise wharf. The room is morden, clean, new and well equipped with all necessary facilities including wash machine, drying machine, fridge.

We have no access to the internet thoughout the our 4 nights's stay.

Room space, definitely. It's a real full-functioned house! Sitting on the huge balcony to watch sunset over the bay is a must. Very close to main tourist attractions and shops. Nice staff. Strong recommendation. With the Booking.com price, it's unbeatable.

Little difficult to find staff in after hours, though the contact clue is on the check-in letter.

Gute Lage, schone Aussicht

Die Organisation ist merkwürdig. Ein Teil der Zimmer wird nicht direkt über Hotel, sondern über eine andere Organisation vermittelt. An sich ist das kein Problem, aber die Leute an Rezeption fühlten sich dadurch nicht für mich zuständig.
