Staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful and efficient. Room service dinner and breakfast were very nice and reasonable price Free parking No complaints at all.

The thoroughness of the cleaning. The excellent room service of affordable meals. The quietness of the room at night. The convenience of the elevator and the attentive attention of the front desk staff especially when we managed to get ourselves locked outside. Nothing, it was a great place to stay and we look forward to being able to do it again.

The Hemisphere Hotel is a lovely comfortable hotel and very convenient for us as our daughter and her husband just live within walking distance and now that they have two children there isn't enough room for us to stay with them anymore.

Great value. A quality hotel with excellent facilities without the exorbitant price of a city hotel. Clean, great service and free parking a clincher. Food selection at breakfast was excellent and generally very tasty but the bacon kept warm in the bain-marie was tough and chewy.

Staff are always efficient, friendly. The Hotel location is perfect for me personally, being located close enough to the city to be convenient, yet far enough away not to incur excessive accommodation costs, so great value for money. Secure, easily accessible car parking is a definate advantage to the Hemisphere, and greatly appreciated after a long drive. Dining, the restaurant is of high quality with front of house service of equal standing. All bathroom amenities are clean, however the tiled floors never appear to have the same service, your immediate thought is "is rest of this as clean as it appears, or is it just a "wipe over" as the floor appears to be". Apologies to the cleaning staff for this comment, they work particularly hard given their timeframe turnaround to have rooms available for re-occupancy.
