Bed comfortable. Adequate hangers in wardrobe. The room had a damp smell and there were a lot of brown surfaces that were sticky to touch. Lighting (carriage lamp style wall lights) very dim. Pillows wafer thin. Bathroom basin stained. Towels clean but stained. Toilet cistern home-mended leaving bad appearance. Poor water pressure in shower. Face of iron in the room was dirty. Mud wasps had built a nest in the iron in the laundry. Below we have said we would recommend Ingham. But not staying in this dreadful motel. We told the person on the desk as we were leaving all the above and he couldn't understand our problem.

Room 21. Air conditioner did not work. It was a very hot day and night. Dead cockroaches throughout the room. Looks like the room had been cleaned previously but not checked prior to allocation. I stayed a this motel the week before and found it to be clean and comfortable. It was disappointing to have such a different experience this time around.

The beds were very comfortable. Having the restaurant right next door was convenient. There was 4 of us, the room had 1 queen and 3 singles so the extra bed just made the room quite squeezy. Small room to fit a family of 4 in.
