The decor in the rooms was top quality. The Guesthouse was very well appointed. We liked the idea of helping ourselves to the community kitchen. We would definitely stay there again and recommend the property. Honestly, there is nothing that we didn't like about the Guesthouse except that we had only booked for 1 night and would loved to have stayed longer.

Convenience of location. The room had no hot water for duration of stay. This was advised to staff but nothing attended to.

Beautifully done up guest house with a romantic, classic feel. Welcomed by owners and felt right at home and spoilt all at the same time. Great location right near restaurants and beach

- the room and bathroom - the location - the rather poor do-it-yourself breakfast (no yoghourt, no fruit) - having to do the washing up

I liked the warm welcome we received when arriving after hours. The beds were so comfy, clean rooms and the best shower - ever!! It is located right in the heart of SWR, with views to the park & ocean. Not to mention the very lovely guests whom remain from the 1800/1900's. I am a psychic medium and it was magical to stay in such a grand B&B with a touch of history - literally, enjoying it with you. Superb, loved it - will definately be back. Thankyou for such a wonderful experience.

Wonderfull reception with instant upgrade to a well appointed room. This historic guesthouse has been refurbished to a very high standard, providing a vey relaxed, comfortable ambiance for your stay. I thoroughly recommend this well lovely accommodation, close to beatiful beaches and town centre, which is populated by friendly folk. The whole ambiance is well suited to a lazy seaside break, close to the Surf Club and a short distance to the Country Club which is well worth a visit. Nothing.

Ideal location right near beach, fish & chip shop and pub. Great Breakfast setup with large kitchen where you can help yourself anytime. Lots of body soap/shampoo. Free wifi. Creeky bed with quite a soft mattress. No phone reception with vodafone inside rooms.

It was a very beautiful guesthouse and very very well maintained. The rooms were immaculate and well presented however I do feel the price was a tad steep for the location and being solely just a room you are paying for.
