The gym facility needs better air conditioning and machines need to be maintained. some of the furniture in the bar area is worn and stained.

We like to use chiropractic contour neckpillows for comfort and suppport. They are available everywhere, yet we were unable to get them at your hotel. It is so much easier to sleep with a contour pillow. we suggest you invest in some from therapeutic pillows Internation. Medium Latex Also the spa seemed not to be working well. No bubbles

It was a last minute decision for my 50th birthday. We received a room upgrade and a bottle of bubbly when we told them our occasion - thank you Hilton Adelaide you really made my day. Liked the rate we paid through booking.com The bed was huge and comfy and the view was great. Cocktail bar was lovely, civilised and relaxing around 7pm. Nice live music in the lounge bar later in the evening.

Went back to the cocktail bar after dinner and it was too loud and younger crowd at that time, not a problem in itself as we moved to another bar in the hotel but the cocktails were about $5 dearer so just had wine.

Nothing the bell boys were extremely rude and so was the lady on the desk that does the night shift. The only decent thing was the location and being able to walk to china town and run dell mall.

The shower was appalling, too small needs to be designed a lot better, no balconies, rooms were dark, room service for a breakfast I ordered took 1 hour and 45 minutes.

The location was excellent and staff were helpful. It was a pleasant stay but not quite up to scratch for a Hilton.

The decor needs updating especially in the foyer area. Also the food was not good enough for a Hilton. It was quite ordinary. The shower screen in the bathroom was too short and the water poured onto the floor. I nearly slipped and I would not be surprised if this has not already happened.

the room had a really good view and the bed was really comfortable. The foyer for sitting and having drinks and catching up with friends was really good. the staff very friendly and helpful.

the hotel was lovely but the bathroom needs work. The shower head was amazing but with no door on the shower the water goes all over the floor and behind the toilet.

The safe was unable to be used as it was low on battery The desk lamp was blown. The bed was a fold out bed, I didnt feel safe

We had a maintenance problem when we arived in our room and it was fixed immediately.

Everything within the hotel was good except the internet.

We stayed at the Hilton Adelaide two nights last week and are back again for two nights this week. On both stays after getting to the room and attempting to access the internet for a hefty fee of $29 for 24 hours, I have had to call the internet tech support, and both times I have been on the phone with snarky tech support people for over an hour before they could finally figure out the problem. Then day 2 I have the same issue. It is such an issue that I will probably think twice before booking Hilton Adelaide again. I have no problem paying for internet. What I have a problem with is that it is very difficult to get connected at this hotel. We have been traveling since February 12, it is now March 20, I have used the internet in every hotel and this is the only place I have had this proble

Outlook, near heritage buildings,close to Victoria Square and tram and Market. Also comfort and excellent staff, all friendly, helpful, knowledgeable.

No dressing room area by pool.

We found the staff to be most helpfull and we would recommend this motel to anyone. We are also going to stay there when we next visit
