Brisbane . The bed was very comfortable.Staff were pleasant nad courteous. Discounted parking for guests as $55.00 per day is really extravagant.Other hotels we have stayed in have free parking for guests . Would like staff desk when you arrive and not having to go up to different floors to check in . Lift from shops should go straight to rooms. .Baths should be in each room.

The bed I slept in would have been the most comfortable that I had slept in. It was like sinking into a cloud. I am vision imparired the hotel staff made sure I could get to where I needed to so safely. Would stay again For me the lighting was ambient and found this a bit difficult.

Convenient location. Nice open spaces. No convenient free wi fi. Every hotel in the world has free wi fi, get with the times Hilton. Air conditioner rattled all night. Shower was hot and cold. Very average standard fixtures, shower head kept pointing to the left wall, very frustrating.Low grade accessories too, no toothbrush, no comb. I judge exec roombs by detail. Overpriced for an old hotel with an average make over, small rooms for executive suites hardly worth $300 a night, more like $200 max.

Location & convenience to everything We would have preferred better seating in our room for instance a "proper couch" for 2 people to relax on. We had a chaise type chair thing which was not suitable for sitting on as a couple !!

The overall experience was good! The staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was a bit boring.. The selection of the food was exactly the same over a period of four days and with the same order. I found the internet to be a bit expensive.

The room was very nice. The room service staff were very nice. The food was awful. My chips were overcooked, a couple burnt. My burger did not have the aioli as detailed on the menu, and the avocado was not ripe - so hard I could not eat it. For a $28 meal I would have expected a much higher standard

Very helpful staff, particularly with luggage and ordering of taxis......also bright cheerful room service (young person who brought up evening meal) A bit expensive for a solo traveller, but then that's the norm!!

The facilities were beautiful, clean and exactly what we wanted for our weekend away. the concierge was always friendly and helpful when we needed help to find somewhere we were looking for and great meal places to go to and when we came in from our day out the staff were there to greet us and even offered a bottle of water as they seen it was hot outside. Everything about our stay at the hilton was fantastic right down to checking us in early because they could see we arrived early after a long nights flight, i thankyou for your hospitality and will recommend this hotel to everyone i know, once again thank you. kind regards Michelle Eaton 1 moynes court karratha WA 6714

The rooms were very clean and comfortable-temp was managed well.Bed was very comfortable.Nice and quiet to retreat to after a busy schedule.Very central position to access City mall and Southbank restautants, convention centre.a great stay. Uncertainty felt when travelling up to the11th floor in the glass lift, but happy to challenge this feeling of uncertainty to overcome it.

The central location. Breakfast Room smelt of stale tobacco smoke. Room allocated wasn't available by 2pm. We had arrived at hotel midday to find room not ready. We were told it would be an hour. We had lunch until 2.30 and it still wasn't ready. Reluctantly they upgraded us to an executive room allowing us immediate access.

very expensive for the quality recieved. even though i was out the entire day, the room was not made up, tea, coffee and water was not replenished. I found desk staff to be rather aloof. pool was below average. no smoking area within the hotel, i had to go out onto the street, 6 floors below the hotel.
