Nice place, very comfortable bed, good location.

Thought there would be an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Being a local of 42 years I know the Hilton well and chose to stay in the City for New Years celebrations. The room was lovely and I was most impressed we I returned to the room at 1245am and it had been tidyed and towels staightened. I have stayed at many hotels around the country being a Accor member and this was great to see. Thanks & Regards Danielle

We found our stay very comfortable and relaxing. The staff were friendly and polite. The location is great for dining and shopping and also for all the water activities Cairns has to offer.

We were a little disappointed we weren't offered local rates. We live in Cairns and stayed at The Hilton to celebrate our 22 nd Anniversary.

Even though I stayed there for 6days, they didn't give us the room with nice view and my mum was disappointed about it. If the guests stay longer than other guest, I think it's fare to expect better service.

Staff are well trained in how to engage the customer. The bed,linens and pillows were great......also it was quiet so I slept well.

Stayed there 2 nights out of 5 that we were there. We switched hotels for the final 3 days for 1/3 the cost. The only difference btwn the two was that the second hotel ( not the hilton) had terrible pillows. Otherwise we were in the same area; walking distance to everything....had great service at both hotels....so I would say that there was more value at the second hotel we stayed at.

해변가 그리고 중심상가와도 가까웠고, 객실을 비울때마다 지속적으로 방을 정리해주고, 수건 기타등등을 챙겨놓아서 이용하는동안 매우 편리했습니다.

교외지역이니만큼 힐튼이라는 네임에는 다소 부족한 시설인 듯 하였습니다. 리조트 느낌이 나는 호텔이라고 생각하면 편리할 듯 합니다~

The most recent stay 9/7/2011 was most enjoyable however we stayed the week before 2/7/2011 and did not enjoy the stay. Our initial room smelt of stale water and we were not particularly happy with the staff response when we requested a room change. We had booked a Dinner /Bed/Breakfast package and we really were unimpressed by he Dining option considering the cost of the package. By contrast we were upgraded on booking in on the second stay.
