No pool that I found.

The breakfasts were as good as any we have had, the staff were generally very helpful indeed and some went out of the way to be helpful, and the room in particular and the bed was extremely comfortable, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Melbourne. IWell done indeed Hilton Melbourne South Wharf, we would certainly like to stay again when the Ashes come to town, but please cook the fish!!

If there was one criticism, they would not cook the salmon for my daughter as she wished and have it thoroughly cooked through, why did they not accept the customer wanted it a certain way, when everything else was so exemplary.

How big the room was, room service was nice

Customer service, accommodation, cleanliness, meals and location were all impeccable.

The rooms were amazing. The bathroom was huge, modern and very enjoyable. The bed was awesome and very comfortable, which made it easy to get a good nights sleep. The size of the room was great, and the view out to the city was fabulous. The selection of movies, room service and internet options meant I was never bored at night and had plenty of things to do. The gym was also excellent.

It was a little bit far from the city and the action, about a 20 minute stroll along the boardwalk. It was in a extremely windy area of Melbourne, which was annoying when walking out the hotel front door. Also, it was disappointing that there was no pool or spa facilities.

Great, reasonably new, hotel in a convenient location.

There is no pool at the hotel.

The hotel is located in an up and coming part of Melbourne just a walk away from Southbank, and within easy access of trams and the city. The rooms are not huge, but very well appoined and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

I booked the hotel for my three daughters to have a couple of days in Melbourne. They stated the staff were excellent; really, really kind. Even the cleaners would smile and say hello (no offence to the cleaning staff). A group of employees to be proud of. They also loved the huge shower, but that's women for you :-)

Was close to the place and family i needed to see, the staff was very pleasent and friendly and the room we where in had a fantastic view. Would stay there anytime im to travel to Victoria and recommende it to friends. The rooms are comfortable and very clean which is nice.
