Was upgraded on arrival to city view room . Loved it . Easy access to conference centre Good food, bars and choice of places to talk . Clean and welcoming Close to cafes bars and river .

Lobby a bit dark and dingy . A little extra lighting would be good

Nice sized room, comfortable beds, large bathroom with nice toiletries, blackout blinds,quiet.

View from room was disappointing, carpark and a freeway!

The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The rooms were comfortable especially the bed,pillows & doona. Cleanliness was excellent! Loved the dining room & lounge bar, food was amazing

Would have liked a balcony but it didn't matter! Nothing I didn't like, this hotel is top notch

Only one dislike, not sure if it can be helped, but the beautiful view was spoiled by a dirty outside window

Absolute luxury, extremely spacy suite, the in-room-dining was excellent (quick and a lot), taking a bath with sight over the nearby river was fantastic

The battery of both remote controls were weak (nearly empty), which could have been replaced if we had mentioned at the reception, but for one-night-stay not important

The room was a perfect size, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The blinds were so good that we thought it was the middle of the night and it definitely wasn't.

The fact that there was no top sheet on the bed, it was way too hot for the doona, would have liked a top sheet.

We have just completed a long world wide holiday and this was our favourite hotel. The room was fantastic - very luxurious with amazing views with a top end bathroom. Perfect. The bar and restaurant areas were also very stylish and modern.

My only tiny gripe was the fact that some Mercedes cars were being promoted in the lobby area. The lobby was beautful and I dont think the addition of some cars was appropriate.

Proximety to CBD and entertainment venues/restaurants.

The view was amazing and the location was vertical good as well.

This kind of hotel should have swimming pool, jacuzzi, spa...and some details were missing, for example some flip flops to walk in the bedroom...

Not only amazing hotel but the best of the best and simply second to none. I'll never have a bargin in hotels coz this has killed it all and whatever it takes, it would always be my choice. Thank you Hilton. You have pleased me well.

Nothing and nothing at all.

Loved the ambiance & the location. Usually stay at the Langham, but was impressed with some aspects of the Hilton.

Tv didn't work-major bummer. Restaurant was under staffed for breakfast on Easter Monday. Very slow service. We had an international flight to catch.

Friendly helpful staff was made feel important and i'm certainly not very handy for my son & I to shop at DFO's. Fantastic Breakfast in lovely surrounds - a most enjoyable stay

Sticky bottom shelf in fridge & on bench above fridge Reception was very apologetic when I informed them -

bed was comfy en suite was terrific and nice and clean

hallways seemed a bit dark
