The comfortable bed, the included breakfast was good. it was a little way out of the CBD but still a comfortable walking distance, it was a little overpriced for water ($6) |

The hotel is an 'old world' type hotel that oozes class. It is similar to some of those that we've stayed in overseas where customer service and client privacy is highly respected. The restaurant was, at the time, catering to the football crowd. There was nowhere that my wife and I could go for a quiet dinner before going to the theatre. Very disappointed. |

We enjoyed a relaxing break in this hotel and were treated really well. Services and facalities were inpeccible. Would highly recommend it Spa closed over the long weekend, we didnt have a booking but it would have been nice to choose |

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the quality of the food was excellent. The bed was comfortable. Wall paper peeling in the bathroom did not do justice to the facilities room 420. |

Suite was quite comfortable and location was pretty handy to everything Lounge/Sofa in suite was atrocious. Plastic/fabric was terrible. Looked low class and you could not comfortable sit on it for any period of time. Room cards deactivated twice (not due to contact with any magnetic interference or contact). This is a real pain when you need to access the room urgently and you are forced to head back to reception, stand in line and then have a front desk person patronise me and treat me like I caused the issue. I was most offended and annoyed. |

we were extremely comfortable Our only issue was the positioning of the light switches - the switch for the bath and above bar niche was by the entrance door. No bedside lamps or any form of subtle lighting for night illumination at bed |

close to tennis centre venue for concert we went to. Considered to be over priced. Hot shower pressure pathetic - just a dribble. Lounge in room was uncomfortable - harsh nylon material cover. paid $450 a night for room (although I did appreciate the free up grade) - yet still had to pay $45 for valet parking. buffet breakfast $29 = hmm. A Hilton burger for ? $25 or whatever then $4 to bring to room, and a glass of ordinary Red wine for $12, considered to be excessive.. |

During my stay I found the staff very friendly and the service excellent. I was under the impression that the room had a king size bed. This was not the case, it was two single beds joined together by an underblanket. This put a dampener on the stay. |
