The level of professionalism, kindness, and service from all employers was immaculate. I was extremely impressed with the overall experience at this hotel.
The benches had marks on them, and looked like they had not been cleaned.
Professional, friendly staff
Bathroom needed an upgrade
breakfast was limited in options, room/ furniture was not cleaned properly bathroom old, discoloured, cracked taps gloomy looking interior - despite surprisingly bright weather in Melbourne during my stay!
Being afl supporters we love the location of your hotel. Also the beautiful greenery surrounds were gorgeous. The atmosphere during finals time was a highlight. Your staff especially the waiters were exceptional.
The only fault was the size and picture quality of the television in the rooms. Even moving upstairs to the "bigger" tv, the quality was very disappointing.
Close proximity to the G.
The Bombers lost. That's it.
shower over bath
Beautiful bedding, spotlessly clean, fabulous views, staff couldn't be more accomodating
The staff were professional and always friendly. Nothing was too much trouble no matter what staff level. My wife and I were looked after like old friends
Location fantastic for the footy.
The noise coming from the air vent made an annoying humming sound which didn't cease until about 2am.Expensive for tired rooms.Drink prices a rip off.
the room and the staff were excellent overall a great stay however
valet parking and concierge process was a bad experience. A formal complaint has been made to the Hilton through email for a service in which we paid for somehow let us down . Waiting over half hour after check out and me the consumer bringing it to the concierge attention and no apology made given it was there error in their own processes my breakfast became brunch by the time we got our car. A service I can do without let alone pay for.
Very comfortably rooms. Staff very helpful in regard to us having an extra rollaway bed in the room to accommodate the three of us. It was very nice of the front desk staff allowing us to store our bags as we were attending a conference at the hotel until we finished. On the whole a very nice stay and would book again.
Some staff could have been a little more helpful when asked for something, not saying you will have to go down to the front desk and get it yourself.
Just outside of CBD
Beautiful facilities very close to our concert destination. A lovely breakfast to set us on a way for a glorious garden walk to the free tram- docklands explore and Lygon St lunch! The spa and pool were divine!
Bed was comfortable. Food was great.
No vic team afl in the rooms. Tv was green. Bathroom was outdated
Extremely comfy bed and great view
Cost of parking
The location to the MCG is fantastic
Too far away from any bars clubs restaurants after the game, the bar at the Hilton was too busy.
Spa and wellness centre - had a massage each day followed by sauna/steam room. Fantastic way to de-stress following meetings. Great wifi access!
Could only stay 2 nights - would have preferred a week!
the staff were friendly.
the shower over the bath and the location of the taps is from the 1960s the parking ( valet ) was to dear and we had to wait for 25 mins for staff to bring our car to us on departure ,it was parked out the back .the light switches and lighting were terrible. after using the shower the mirror was fogged up .the fan to the heating is noisy and goes all night .it is not good value for money.the stubbies in restaurant were hot, after 3 hot ones they got some from the bar which were cold. the price of food was to dear and not much on plate.it was 1960s setup with a 2014 price tag.i would not recomend this place to any body
Great location & great views! Room service food was delicious!
Upon arrival reception mixed up my booking with another person with the same surname ..... Then told me I had already paid for the room (which I knew I hadn't ... And I told them this ). Then noticed on the form my address was an overseas address ???? I live in Melbourne... Was messy.... Upon arriving in my room - I was looking forward to enjoying a glass of wine while checking out the view .... Mini fridge was not stocked! Rang room service who told me they had no chilled small bottles of wine??? I ended paying a lot more for my couple of glasses!
Perfect location for attending sporting events at the G or for the tennis
Helpful staff , great position for the MCG, comfortable
Room hot, didn't know window could be opened!! Lights confusing
Eforea spa Staff
Room situated next to the lifts so were both up all night listening to them go up and down. Room was smaller then expected. Bathroom was very small. Thought bath was seperate from shower.
