The service at the Hilton On The Park is exceptional. Every person that we encountered in our stay was very warm and friendly and helpful. We initially chose this hotel years ago as it is opposite Fitzroy Gardens and close to our daughter and son-in-law. As it was my birthday celebration with my three daughters I was upgraded to a room overlooking Fitzroy Gardens and given a bottle of champagne which was a great start to the holiday. I cannot imagine staying in another hotel when visiting Melbourne.

I like the convenience of Rod Laver Arena. Great views, comfortable bed. Not really convenient to main centre of Melbourne. Ensuite very small. Needed to have a separate shower, not necessarily a bath.

I liked the attitude of the staff. In all areas, reception, housekeeping and breakfast staff were helpful, friendly and accomodating. I felt the staff in the function room were there just to do a job and nothing else. They did not have the professional attitude of the other staff we dealt with during our stay.

I did not like the location of my room it was located right next door to the elevator and from early morning the next day all we could hear was it going up and down. We had a late check out so it was very disappointing that we were unable to sleep in because of the constant noise of the lift and people talking loudly when going to and from the lift. I

location is great, opposite the MCG great for the footy, close to the centre of town, shopping, dining etc. staff were great and very helpfull. excellent place to stay.

That I was, unexpectedly, able to check-in several hours early - and had a room upgrade. Everything else was perfect too, which made my trip so much more enjoyable. No issues at all.

Friendly checkin/out and late night room service staff, great location Cleaning were staff extremely noisy on the floor in the morning (after 9am) and this went on for a good hour. I was on a conference call and the other participants commented that even they could hear the doors slaming loudly.

Very friendly staff, elegant hotel, exactly what you would expect from this range of hotels. Rooms maybe a little dark designt, but still very elegant. Great hotel. High charges for internet - has to be for free those days.Not acceptable anymore.

The staff were friendly and cooperative - although they were perhaps lacking in number. The hotel is getting a bit tired - the discount price I paid was about what I consider it to be worth

Availability of a swimming pool and sauna to unwind and relax after a tiring day touring Melbourne. Good room service! Loved the fish and chips! Nil. I love everything about the hotel.

郵送をつかったチェックアウトのシステムが合理的でよかった。The check-out system using post mails is convenient. 歯ブラシとスリッパは常備しておいてもらえるとありがたい（頼むとすぐにもってきてくれた）。It would be great if dental care kit and slippers were ready in the room.
