Easy to book on booking.com but different prices hen I tried o book Escondido night so I had to gt back onto internet nd book a second night on-line... Otherwise it would have been a ompleyly different rate ! A bit cold - not so friendly Had so many problems with TV movie package as well as the actual TV. Wanted to watch The Voice Semi Final and missed most of it as the engineer was trying to fix the tv but in the end he had to bring a brand new box and we missed the show! That really was a let down as when I booked I specifically wanted access to a TV as my daughter and I are inbetween homes and we do not have access to a TV at present!

When we arrived, an hour after the designated check in time of 3pm we were told that we would have to wait for our room to be ready and that we should check our bags in & they would be waiting for us once we got to our room. After waiting for half an hour, we asked staff what was going on and the arrivals staff told us that our room still wasn't ready (an hour and a half after we were allowed to check in!). Seeing that we were frustrated she offered us a room upgrade. From the pictures of the room I had booked online the room didn't seem any better than the one we had originally booked. We got to our room, our bags were not there & after waiting for ten minutes my partner called downstairs and said he would come and get them himself, they reassured us that the bags wouldn't be long. They arrived about 5-10 minutes later. We had also requested to have two wine buckets sent to our room, we received one and 10 minutes later we received a further two. Disruptions every 5-10 minutes when you are trying to get ready is very frustrating especially as we were already forced to wait for our room. The room itself had not been cleaned properly as there were a few dark hairs in the bathroom and one even connected to the pen which I found while filling out our checkout envelope! I am really dissapointed as we have stayed here in the past and have never had a bad experience like this.

Glass restaurant was excellent. Bed doona cover was too hot for the range of room temperatures. No options for cooler bed covers were provided. Pillows were down type which are very uncomfortable as they do not provide any support. More firm type should be provided.

Friendly obliging staff, clean, reasonably sized rooms. Ongoing issues with keycard entry both in using the lifts and on entry to the rooms.

Location and Staff. Room catered more for business person. We would have preferred a couple of lounge chairs instead of large desk and office chair. Otherwise very happy.

The Hilton brand is great and that is why I choose to stay there Pillows were aweful, had a bad night sleep due to no support from the pillow.

Staff were very friendly , pillows were luxurious , bed very comfortable Hotel air con was too cold even in the room 24 deg was the highest the aircon temp would go . No seating at 6 0 clock drinks and at breakfast a terrible waste of food :-( so many people leaving so much half eaten food , maybe a different way of serving could be looked into .

Great room, that booking.com and Hilton were able to help me when I had made a booking error. The initial service when my booking error was pointed out.

We checked out in the morning and left our bags with the concierge as we had a late flight back to Europe. When we came back to collect our bags I asked if there was anywhere I could get changed (into travelling clothes). I was given a pass to the inhouse gym and told I could also use the shower. This was a fantastic service and I really appreciated being able to do this before a 24 hour flight home! The check in process took quite a long time. This was because we had a trainee on the front desk - which I have no problem with at all - however, there was no other staff on to help her and consequently there was also several people behind us waiting to check in as well. We only stayed one night and had check out time of 11am, but three times before 10am we had housekeeping knocking on the door to make up the room.

I enjoyed everything about my stay at the Hilton. Everything from the first person I spoke too, to the bedrooms and the gym facilities. Loved it

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is great. We found the A la carte breakfast was a bit bland and the TV in our room was very hard to navigate and control.

The location, the lobby, the room on the 34th level ie the view, the wood looking back wall on bed, the square pillows, so soft!!!!! The free wifi in lobby No hot chocolate option for teenage daughter, all coffee and tea. Pool/gym area a bit dated looking

The room was very comfortable, had a modern design and offered tea and coffee facilities. - Great bed and shower. - Perfect location opposite the QVB The mini bar has sensors for each product so you are unable to move products around to fit your own drinks in the fridge. No free wifi in the room, it was available in the lobby.
