We stayed at the HIlton for the first night of our honeymoon and the staff were fantastic, they made sure that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of the hotel was great as it was in the centre of George St and you could easily walk to restaurants and icons like the harbour bridge. The room was very clean and comfortable and very new. Would definately stay there again. |

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was excellent. Everything was good other than the heating in the rooms It got cold in the rooms. The thermostat said it went up to 24 degrees but it did not feel warm at all.Needed to ask for extra blankets. Would be nice to have natural air in the rooms some how |

Bell boys and concierge very good, room and facilities more than adequate. Room key card did not work, mini bar not stocked on last evening, wanted an invoice that summarized room and refreshments but was told that the system did not allow this, this is strange because it is the first hotel that could not produce a customized invoice? |
