Service and the quality

We spent 3 wonderfully relaxing days at the Sydney Hilton. Excellent location within walking distance of all Sydney attractions. No request was too much for them and the staff were the friendliest I have encountered in any hotel. Comfortable beds, a fantastic pillow menu for all types of sleepers and one of the best buffet breakfasts I've ever had. We were fortunate enough to stay in an executive room and thus had the pleasure of also using the executive lounge. It was a wonderful overall experience and will certainly go back there again. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sydney! :)

Check in was a little late (3pm) particularly for overseas travellers who may arrive early from a long flight.

Location

The reception staff were unhelpful and couldn't think/act outside set script. The staff member who delivered our bags to the room was nothing short of rude.

the service was great.very well located.we had breakfast there and it was very yummy. thank you for making our romantic getaway even more romantic.

I felt that the room would of been of a higher standard. It is arguably the premier hotel in Sydney. It felt a bit spartan and had a slightly cold ultra-modern feel to it.

Our room was near the lifts which kept us awake all night

Australia doesn't seem to have the concept of disabled-friendly down and the Sydney Hilton, even moreso.

All the staff were well trained, polite and friendly. All meals were of an excellent standard and service.

Everything was prefect.

Love this hotel, we've stayed here twice now and will definitely be back. It's right in the middle of everything, the service is outstanding and the hotel is gorgeous. One example- we were staying on nye night, and the staff extended breakfast by 30 minutes the next morning to accommodate for the 'tender' customers not getting up quite as early as they probably should, and always with a smile on the face of all the staff.

The location was excellent and the staff were of a very high standard. I checked in at 7.45am and was surprised to be told that they had a room ready for me without waiting until 3pm. I found this to be first class.
