As told before to your staff,curiously we had a small bottle of Bombay gin already opened and half empty in our fridge....I Know it is normally impossible to do that but it was a fact....too late to put it back with your system ''you take it off the fridge you pay it....''we paid it anyway but you had to be warned for future....

Frendly staff help find atractions we where looking for ,made bookings for us and made our stay first class First the rooms where number one ,but the blinds let too much light in the room so we had problems getting to sleep.the other was that there was no seating for smokers away from entance to the bars.we noticed that the pool was share with the public when open .wish it was open for gest 24 hrs we swim late at night dont like crowds.

The room was very comfortable and clean, with a modern aesthetic. Fitness facilities and restaurants were very good as well. There was construction noise beginning at 6.30am. I was not made aware of this upon checkin, even as a courtesy gesture. The staff said it was on the website, but I did not go to the website to book. I used Booking.com

- Location is the best probably you can get - Facilities, gym and SPA is great - Rooms are very clean and top of class - Staff is amazingly helpful. - Internet is way too expensive, tough at this level it shouldnt be a problem - When i was staying in the hotel, there was a renovation on some floors which was quite annoying at some points. tough they made sure we were disturbed only in limited hours especially in those when we should not be in teh hotel anyways.

Every things good but there are so noise and some building work in above my room I cannt sleep good and my friend didn't comfort too coz he is upset about the bagge service when he moved to check out. The room so small and there isn't place for two person if you couple will u enjoy. Coz I request tow single bed not king bed Also so noise that are what's happened with me But the resiption and all staff were so friendly expect the bagge serivece there is one Chinese employer not helpful

The staff were very friendly and efficient.Difficulty in arrival by car,as directions could point to the rear access.The main restaurant a little expensive for multiple meals,maybe another choice within the complex.A Nice hotel and excellent staff. From professional Motel managers.

The location is at its best especially it is only few minutes away from the major tourist spots in Sydney. The rooms are relatively small for the money paid. Not much of food choices in the buffet breakfast especially for Asian travelers.

The Hilton was beautiful, modern and very trendy. The spa/pool/gym was huge and lovely. The location couldn't have been better very close to town hall station, next to a huge shopping centre that has a monorail stop and oppisite qvb. So much to see and do right on your doorstep. I loved the free pillow menu. The room was lovely and food in hotel/room service was great. They have a magic button that you can press at anytime for anything you need. Book this hotel, you won't be disappointed.
