the close proximity to city of Hobart .

there was no staff, just a safebox to pick up key. Unit in poor repair , dirty carpets, broken window,shower hot and cold water only worked sometimes, coffee/tea sugar supply very poor and unappetising.would not recommend this place

Mountain view., Close to city center.

Old poorly maintained building directly on a busy ascending highway.The traffic noise day and night is terribly. Squeaky floor, ants in the kitchen, one night no water supply, brown water coming out of the shower, leaking water taps. Jamming balcony door. No dishwasher or washing machine. Requested a tax invoice on departure, was told I get it by email, but none received yet.They have a "Seniors card welcome " sign at the entrance door, my seniors card was scanned. But no discount received .Full rent plus 2 % credit card fees were charged already at time of booking to my debit card,which has no bank charges at all. I had many reservations made with booking.com before and had never made a complaint about other places, this is the first one. Unless you are deaf or you are not worried about loud traffic noise, I cannot recommend this place .No good value for the price they charged. Wonder how they managed to get three stars.Sorry I have to say this.

Good parking .great attention from delightful young asian staff .very comfortable .no offensive odours . very easy to self cater and only 7 or so km from main centres . we were happy in our stay most impressed by rates plus the fact that the prop. Offered us a seniors 10 % discount

Bathroom old and tired.needs rails on walls to facilitate egress & exit from bath.very slippery bath.older people can and will slip to disastrous effect .bathroom floor is rotten under vinyl sheet cvering . it will give way very soon under someones weight[ex builder prof. Opinion]. Unit lacks through ventilation.cant open front windows due to horrific traffic noise.a fan in the side wall [ inward drawing] would be effective . if air con is out side budgetery restrictions.water quality terrible -old pipes probable cause.

Apartment needs refurbishing

The apartment was huge, comfortable, clean and verey well located, 10 mins to the city by bus. Bus stop in front the hotel. The only staff member was quite friendly, kind, helpful and attentive.

- You can hear the street noise. The bathroom updated, No heater . No wi-fi . disgusting !!! Charge us for 3 nights , they not refund us immediately .

Easy to find. Owners friendly.

Very noisy. Old tired looking rooms. Every tap leaked. |Lighting very poor.

The location was very good.

The chairs were old and rickety, one of the lounges was unsuitable, no base, the toilet was too close to the wall. It needs an update in the kitchen.
