We stayed at the Mercure because it was close to shopping, sights of Hobart, restraurants and the harbour. |

Good location. Parking was defiitely helpful. Balcony was useful. probably good hotel for business people. Had iron, ironing board. Miserable internet /computer in lobby- dirty, slow, and poor equipement, which altho operated by an outside company reflected poorly on the hotel. No snack bar/cafe operating after 10pm. |

Free internet in the lobby, although it was from the hotel network. Friendly people at the reception. Room needed some maintenance. |

It was within walking distance to all things in the city, very comfortable and great value for money. |

This is not a serious complaint - more of a suggestion. I found the TV in the breakfast room quite disturbing and horribly intrusive. It seemed to me that only the staff were not interested. The tourists were more interested in discussing the days program and the businness guests were similarly uninterested. |

Easy access to the city, close to things, easily located and accessible, attentive and efficient staff Air conditioning would be nice, or at least change heating appliances to reverse cyle conditioners so that very hot days in summer can be dealt with and the more frequent cooler weather are also catered for. This is not a complaint just passing on our comments. |

Omalta miniparvekkeelta oli mukava ihailla Mt Wellingtonia eri vuorokaudenaikoina. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä. |
