Bbq area was fantastic! Had great catchups with friends there. Easy access to town. Beautiful rooms. Cafe downstairs was great too.

the facilities

Our room wasnt clean when we checked in and we had to wait over an hour for it to be done, the staff were rude about it and we asked if we could have a complimentry drink if we waited by the spa which was denied. we just felt like the staff didnt value us as customers.

No hotel signage - hard to find the place. Poor location: on wasteland next to the river, with a building site behind the building. Noisy train yard nearby too.

Loved the whole unit and kitchen, lovely

The kitchen would have benefited from a few more utensils/pots. Both beside lamp bulbs had blown and not been checked/replaced. The view is a bit of a bomb site at the moment. The tv remote on switch didnt work

Location, privacy and views

Bed not very comfortable, not enough comfortable seating in lounge area for a family, and wasn't well signed when trying to find late at night to checkin.

on arrival we were giving the keys to someone elses room. we had to walk into someone elses room and then go back downstairs with all our stuff and baby and then back up once the right key was given. the floors in the hotel made our feet black and my babys hands and feet black and also her clothes

Location, parking availability, room layout. With being allocated a dirty room, we rang reception.. the service was exceptional, a staff member was contacted, a new room was allocated. Shame about the dirty room but that happens...the resolution was organised in an efficient and timely manner..so well done to the staff involved

When we arrived the room we were allocated had not been cleaned, it looked and smelt disgusting. Couch was old and worn out...really uncomfortable.

Moved to different hotel,not the one I booked,construction beside,tiny pool, ,will not use your service again,you can't show a picture of one hotel,then move to another,not impressed,

Everything, really good,nice and modern, clean,very friendly staff and helpful.Location not to bad but ok if you are a train spotter!!! I will be staying there again very soon.

chips on floor from previous guests and outside balcony very dirty.

We both like the comfort and the kitchen for us to cook in. also austar is a great bonus The bed was very comfy and the use of washing machine and dryer was great as we had been travelling by car from adelaide

Shower screen wasn't cleaned before our use also fridge wasnt wiped over inside. But With only two nights stay I guess maybe the apartment only gets cleaned once a week.

Pillows like rocks. Asked for a soft one. None available. Woke up every morning with a headache. My wise husband took his own pillow. Why would you have a lovely new apartment without comfortable bedding!!

Really well fitted out apartment, with everything you need.

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, quiet, relaxing apt. With a beautful view. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. If we had more time we would have stayed longer. It was more than we had expected.

Can't think of a thing we didn't like.
