The hotel room had a table, but no chairs. Our request for chairs to sit at the table was not satisfied as 'the room configuration does not include chairs'.

Knowledgable and friendly consierge ...several different ones during the stay ...all were very good.

Room cleaner didnt put the pillows or the runner back on the bed each day ...left the two pillows on the foor beside the bed ...not a good kook to cone back to

Right in the heart of the city w/ free bus service, many places to see and shop.Wonderful breakfast included.

The staff were wonderful nothing was to much trouble even the cleaning lady asked if we needed anything and told us to enjoy our stay. Which I thought was really nice. The book in and out was extremely fast and the staff so helpful we got our room early and a late checkout was suggested to us rather than us having to ask. Fantastic service.

The lifts where a bit slow, but that is about all other wise very happy

central location for both shopping and Swan River as well as public transport Front desk staff freindly and helpful

Breakfast restaurant - felt like a college refectory - cold and unwelcoming. Of all the staff at the hotel, the staff at breakfast were the least friendly

Being told we could only have visitors for half an hour, paying for a queen delux room and really only got a very average room which I could of got for a cheaper rate. Told that the mini bar was complementary and there was nothing in it.

Although confirmed by yourselves as booked in - the front desk said no. Eventually sorted out. Fridge in room not turned on & so no ice. Unable to open / close safe - not connected.

The breakfast was very impressive.

The parking charge was a bit steep.

The service was great- the people at the counter were helpful, informative and polite. If I didnt understand something they were more than happy to help me out. The ground floor was lovely on the eye, it was a shame that we couldnt go to the cafe for breakfast but seeing as it was a public holiday it was understandable. The bed was lovely and comfortable, given both soft and firm pillows, and provided plenty of shampoo, body wash, soap etc in the bathroom, which I often dont see in hotels. The price was also very reasonable.

Slightly unclean, hairs in the shower plus some mould, bed was a little small given it was a Queen Deluxe room, carpet dodgy looking, but nothing that would stop me from going again. Was a little unsure about the valet parking conditions though- if the person parking the car damaged it, stole from it, or otherwise, the hotel was not responsible?
