Primarily the price. But it was clean, the shower was good and the bed was very comfortable. We had a good night sleep.

The decor was very dated and a bit worn out.

Close to zoo and restaurants, and I recommend rose garden just a short stroll, best Thai food ever, staff kind, we booked one night and ended up staying 2

The truck parked outside our room which woke us up at 6.30 each morning. They had a toaster in the room but no knives or plates.

It was an excellent place for a budget night.

No cutlery but that was probably a small mistake.

Receptionj was supposed to open at 7.00am I went to check out and had to wait 10 minutes and ended up waking up the man, he had slept in .

Large cockroach in both bedrooms. Mould in bathroom.

1 tissue left in the box. Shower head was. Broken. Only 2 snatchers of coffee and 2 biscuits. There were 3 of us staying

Tea ,coffee, and milk were not restocked. The toilet roll holder kept falling off the wall it was a cheap suction cap thing.The pool area had long dead grass and was full of bindies you had to wear you shoes right to the pool edge.If we didnt put the chain on our door it kept popping open.

Easy to find, as its located to the main road. But address stated a different street name.

The room is not very clean, dust all over the top of the cabinet and tv set. Not a very helpful staff, I asked question before I checked in, they couldnt even answer it. I asked for extra pillows, didnt provide and have to bring my onw pillow incase. Left one of my kids pillow and my husband phone charger, they didnt even contact us. Very poor service. I wouldnt recommend this and will go somewhere, the next time we go to Dubbo.

Every thing was lovely!!

It was close to all amenities, pleasantly surprised we thought there would be a lot of road noise ' but this was not the case, liked the idea that you could back the car to the passage way so one did not have to lift the lugage into the car, woud sujest that a warning note to residents when coming out of the bath room that if feet are wet they could slip on the tiles out side th bath room door, a health and safty issue. Other wise we were very comfort able. Have a nice day,
