The staff were very friendly from the moment you get there and they are also glad to help and answer your questions.

The electric blanket in room 13 did not work and also maybe a kettle and bigger fridges on rooms.

The management were friendly,courteous and most friendly.It was a pleasure to stay.

The fact that we could have two bedrooms, kitchen facilities etc. Also this venue allowed cancellation with 48 hrs notice. This is important to us as we travel with a daughter with a disability and can have an emergency at any time. The venue was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

1-The lounges were so uncomfortable we had to sit on the floor. 2-The bathroom was so small we had to open the door to the laundry (with a window and transparent curtain) to dry ourselves and fully extend our arms to do so. 3- The pillows were terrible

For our orienteering events it was well situated - south of the centre of Bendigo

Carpark. we were in 13 and by the time we arrived home there was a 4 wheel drive who decided to park over the two spots. Maybe they could paint suggested lines on the ground for each room.

Easy access and parking. Good kitchen and laundry facilities.

Some fittings and fixtures needed minor attention, e.g. faulty light globe, loose shower handle. All corrected promptly once managers were advised.

We have stayed there once before and this was the main reason for choosing this motel, as it was located in a reasonable position to the venue where we attended a conference. The motel was comfortable.

Twice a bottle of orange juice (as part of the mini-bar) fell out of the fridge and broke all over the floor. On the first occasion I cleaned it up. Another bottle was placed in the door of the fridge when the room was cleaned and the same mess resulted on the 2nd day.

The apartment we had was one of their best but did not have a kingsize bed.

Other guests tended to smoke outside their rooms which meant you could not have windows open.

I was not aware I was booking through a booking service instead the motel itself. I would NOT do it again.' The pool was out of order during a very hot spell.

we had a little hole in our bathroom door. also the kettle is loud so we kept closing the kitchenette door not realising that cut off the power

Well set up apartment.

Shower in the apartment was located in a very small room, with barely any room to move. The shower door had to be opened when went into bathroom because once the door was closed it was impossible to get into the shower otherwise.
