Julie was very welcoming and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Accommodation was comfortable and it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views.. The breakfast was delicious and her local knowledge enabled us to find a great restaurant for dinner. Would highly recommend it!!

Flexibility to use the BBQ and have a relaxing evening on the verandah bringing our own goodies.

The B&B is close to great Hunter Valley wineries. Julie, the owner, is very pleasant, helpful, and out-going. Kangaroos in the woods outside!

The room was very tiny, but clean and welll-kept, so this is not really a criticism.

Friendly staff; comfortable room. Continental breakfast was nice, good start to the day.

Only minor issue, but couldn't close the window so people could partially see in from outside. Inhibited privacy, but only to small extent.

A warm welcome message on the blackboard when we arrived, and a personal letter in our room. Julie gave us an excellent walk around to show us the facilities and how to operate the expresso machine. Julie then offered us driving directions to where we were to attend the wedding we had come to the Hunter for. In the Morning breakfast was available when we got to the dining room, Bacon, egg and toast cooked for us with cereal, muffins, juice, fruit and cream available as well as tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Julie was very friendly and made you feel like a family member or close friend, offering extra advice on attractions to stop at on the way home. Can highly recommend this little oasis in the Hunter Valley.

Unfortunately we could only stay the one night this time , but are looking forward to a return visit.

Comfortable accommodation and friendly managers. Managers also part of "Two Fat Blokes" wine tours - tour very entertaining. Good walks in area around rooms.

Have to use car to visit restaurants as accommodation is a distance from town (however Pizza delivery is available).

Everything was excellent-staff,service,accomodations. Probably the highlight of our trip to Australia.

The B&B has been well designed.We liked our room, doors opened out to a lovely verandah with beautiful views of the landscape.The breakfast room was warm and inviting, again with lovely views.Breakfast was great.Julie was a wonderful hostess, very friendly and helpful.
