The bed was beautiful but the pillows were super hard!

We have stayed at the Hyatt many times and have enjoyed. And have rebooked but will not stay in same room again.

This stay was not a good one...the room was exceptionally noisy. Room 534, avoid this room!

Service was attentive and helpful. Rooms were clean and well presented. There was a note on the bedside that had the name of the person who prepared the room. I felt this was a nice touch.

The 2 pillows were too hard and I ended up sleeping without one.

Dark room / poor lighting No powerpoints near bed Sign-in forms / disclaimers written in font size 4. Damn annoying. No way is this place 5 star.

Reasonable room rates with very helpful and efficient staff. Rooms are immaculately clean and there is a very good choice of restaurants/cafe at the Hotel. Parking available and quite cheap for Perth.

Cost of breakfast quite high at $30 pp

On Thursday night we had dinner & drinks in the piano bar, our bill was presented three times until we received the correct bill. I felt very uncomfortable and then the need to check every bill very carefully. On Friday we were out by the pool about 5 pm we had ordered a bottle of wine and meals and drinks for the children. Then a staff member came through the pool area and said we should not be having glass serving vessels in the pool area. I suggest you speak to the room service people not the clients as this spoilt our evening which we were enjoying by the pool. I don't intend to stay with you again.

No hassle, everything sorted, including a voucher for parking. Breakfast was a great buffet too.

the mini bar very expensive and my voss water was not sparkling like last time, and i did ask for a nice view but it was not

I got the Hyatt Feeling which I have come to expect in your hotels in Singapore Hong Kong Manila etc... The Bed was fantastic

The bath rooms are very old and the shower water drips out of the bath onto the floor which makes a mess when you get out

The friendliness and helpful nature of the staff, without exception, made our stay very pleasant indeed. The room was clean and well appointed, facilities were also excellent (pool, sauna, gym, bars, restaurant).

There was nothing that we recall during our stay that we would criticise.

We found the staff extremely willing and helpful, in particular in the cafe restaurent.

We thought that the communal areas, in particular looked rather austere.

Noisy airconditioning Rooms and hallways were bare, with no atmosphere (except the 1st floor, where pictures of an exhibition were displayed)
