Spider webs and bugs stuck to the building and room entry. Rooms could do with a freshen up...starting to look a bit tired. The lagoon pool can do with a makeover

The staff were fantastic. I forgot my cuff links for a wedding, staff member Jessica was a life saver! She was more than helpfully in getting anything you can ask for. She knows her stuff and if she doesn't, she come back to you asap. I got my two nights at a very good price but it pays to book early because I had a mate that stayed in the same type of room and payed upto 100 more a night. The pool bar drinks are very over price but you get that in a resort, but surprisingly the food isn't and the meals are big. breakfast is a highlight of your morning especially if it was a big night the night before. Overall it was a great place to go for a break from work and you can just relax and let the staff help you all weekend.

In this instance it was conveniently located, pleasant suroundings reasonalbly priced and staff were attentative with a good attitude

The resort is very non pretentious and has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The pools are the feature and the reason to go and stay. One pool is heated and the lagoon pool is absolutely stunning. The gardens are lovely. The beds are quite hard and the bathrooms and fittings are getting dated. There are not many staff around to moniter the behavouir of some guests who fail to moniter their children. We will stay again for the atmosphere and pool.

Danny & Jennifer in Regency Club & Lorraine from Cove Cafe provided exceptional service & are a real asset to this resort. Danny needs to be given a pay rise & put in charge of training other staff on the provision of 5 star service.

*Allocated incorrect room on check in & had to ask to be "upgraded" to room booked & paid for. *Facilities "tired" & in need of refurb. * Lounge in room dirty & stained, TV in lounge area had no red colours (even our PM had black hair!), mini bar never stocked as per list (so never know if you are going to be charged for consumption of things that never existed in first place), shower cubicle mouldy, hair in food at Cove Cafe breakfast, Cove Cafe cutlery (esp forks) all bent & generally with food still on them. * Many staff simply don't care - seem to come for their money & do as little as possible in the process of getting it.

Grounds are well maintained. Conceirge desk helpful. F & B lady in main dining room excellent service.

Rooms are a bit outdated and looking for a refurbishment - maybe some more power in the shower and a decent shower head. Don't advertise a club lounge and charge people extra for this - it's a dark room with no comfortable couches, all day beverage or snacks, and closes at 7pm. Maybe a trip to a Shangri-La or Banyan Tree could give the resort some ideas. Charging guests for machine coffee at breakfast, another 5 star resort no-no.

In a hurry to get to a wedding and suitcase took a while to get delivered to room.
