The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable.

the cleaning staff often came in after lunch to make beds and clean

Location superb directly opposite park and 5 mins on free bus to sydney harbour bridge and opera house!

The "packed breakfast" very limited and delivered to the roon the day before not fresh and not what we expected!

The location of the hotel was excellent, especially the view towards the green park. Free parking in the city was a plus.

Continental breakfast included was not up to our expectations.

A very large room with a view on the park. Location of hotel is excellent. Rooms are modern and have a nice kitchen.

At times very noisy in the street as the hotel is on a main sreet in sydney and many sirens heard

I really liked the fact that we were in the middle of the city, right next to the metro, and very close to the harbor.

We had 3 people in our room, however the room services kept forgetting to give us breakfast for 3 people and towels for 3 people.

proximity to all central attractions. friendlyness and approachable staff. was able to to book extra days with no hassle.

Staff were very helpful and willing to assist. We had just completed 39 days overseas and without bias, the staff were every bit as good as those encountered in the US (who were in receipt of gratuities). Extra pillows and blankets were a bonus as was kitchen appliances/cutlery and a light breakfast in the fridge on arrival.

Adjoining room was slightly noisy - caused by shower pipes when in use, but not a major problem and was not mentioned to staff.

The room was a good size and the location is very good.

The staff lack training on making you feel welcome and the basics of service.

Location was good, next to Museum station. Room was clean and a pretty good size.

Reception forgot to give $50 deposit back until i reminded them, & also incorrectly gave us a wake up call at 7am! Apart from that, very pleasant stay.
