The clean modern room overlooking Hyde Park. Easy to walk around the city. The breakfast, we didn't have to go out and find somewhere to eat so it saved us time, before our seminar.It felt secure. The only small thing was the bed were a little hard. |

I really liked the fact that we were in the middle of the city, right next to the metro, and very close to the harbor. We had 3 people in our room, however the room services kept forgetting to give us breakfast for 3 people and towels for 3 people. |

The location is so handy to everything esp train from airport. Lovely big beautifully decorated rooms. Staff were friendly & very helpful - we arrived at 9:30am from an international flight knowing it was too early to get into the room & they had it cleaned first & we were in an hour later - great service! |

Staff were very helpful and willing to assist. We had just completed 39 days overseas and without bias, the staff were every bit as good as those encountered in the US (who were in receipt of gratuities). Extra pillows and blankets were a bonus as was kitchen appliances/cutlery and a light breakfast in the fridge on arrival. Adjoining room was slightly noisy - caused by shower pipes when in use, but not a major problem and was not mentioned to staff. |
