Friendly competent and helpful staff, no frills but comfortable and relatively affordable hotel. Location good, as we could walk from bus, walk to medical appointment, and walk into city for shopping and eating. Could also walk across bridge into cultural precinct. |

door to my room did not close.when booking in felt a bit like my business didnt matter to them and thought it was over priced for what was in the room tv only had one channel, no mini bar, did not realise i had to leave a deposit, no prices on phone for call |

Walk from the city centre and the room had two big Queensized beds which was just what we needed. The tv could have been bigger. |

The location was handy The room was poor. They only supplied 2 bath towels, one face washer and three pillows. No hand towels and when I asked for some was told that they don't supply hand towels. Bathroom had no towel rail, just screws hanging out where one had been. Shower was hopeless with sudden bursts of cold water. Staff couldn't care. |

My teenage daughter and I booked a standard room with 1 queen bed and were upgraded to a room with 2 queen beds - excellent value for money. The room was very clean, beds were very comfortable and we had all the essentials we needed for an overnight stay. The hotel is only walking distance to the railway station, Southbank and the mall which suited our needs perfectly. The staff were also very helpful and polite. |

The double sharing room is big enough to fit four person comfortably. The rooms are clean and well furnished. It is only five minutes walk to the main shopping area, Queens Street Mall. I will definitely stay in this hotel again. |

We liked our stay at the hotel, but the smoking room didn't look as clean the room we had at the Ibis Sydney hotel. The bathroom was very old-fashioned, so that looked a little bit poor. |
