central location, close to shops, parks, sport stadium bathroom very old, tiles chipped, looked dirty, probably unable to clean because of age. |

Location was pretty great. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was given a card to a room, and when I opened the door there was already a lady sitting on the bed. I was outraged, and she was appalled, and when I returned to the front desk they simply apologized and set me up with a new card. At any other hotel I've stayed in I would have been offered a complimentary breakfast at the very least, or a discount off of my stay, for something so inappropriate! |

Great location as it's only a short walk into the shopping areas and is close to transport terminals and bus stops. Great place to sleep after spending the day out and about. The walls are a bit thin, and the internet is very expensive (however there are internet cafes within walking distance) |

Reception staff were very accomodating as I arrived very early and they allowed a very early checkin. Room smelt musty on arrival. |

The rooms were large and the location was great. The parking facilities - $20 a day is a bit steep for paying guests. |

As my husband and I only stayed overnight we did not use any facilities at the Ibis. Found the staff we did meet friendly, room was clean. Location was good as we could walk everywhere in the city. |

I ordered a chicken pizza from room service and when I went down to pick it up it wasnt even what I ordered(was a curry dish) . After I checked out was really dissapionted that my security deposit was not put back on my account. Stayed at plenty of other hotels and as soon as they swipe card it is immediately put back in my account.I was put out for the rest of the weekend and stuck as I was depending on that money which was never put back on my account, than after numerous calls between your staff and the bank still couldnt get a straight answer.Very dissapointed and thanks again for ruining my weekend |

It was easy to enter for the taxi. The receptionists were curtious and helpfull to my requests. The lack of a dinning facility - although bar meal was available. This feature was not apparent on the booking page (?? at least to me). - Room provided had what sounded like a compressor running at a regular interval - disconcerting until i fell asleep. Room 1521. |

Went to South bank, markets, shopping, museum, art gallery, australia day celebrations (ceremony of faith, music, raising of flag) saw a film at the state library, ferry rides and walked around and watched the tennis at nightime on TV This is not a complaint at all - but I love some fresh air at night and wondered about the option of being able to open windows a fraction. I do realise that there are OH&S issues, perhaps noise and probably it would upset the air conditioning functioning in the building. This is all I could think of. |

The convenient location in the center of the city, the two queen beds provided that allow us to sleep comfortably while travelling with kids, the reasonable price offered. The hotel interior that should be improved and the breakfast menu should also be varied to include muslim travelers who do not eat pork/bacon/ham. |

Everything in the room worked, shower was good I thought the breakfast was very very average. Eggs were pre-cooked - fried and poached. The breakfast room was not very inviting either. |

The location of the hotel is ideal for access to Brisbane CBD - just a few minutes walk to Queens St Mall and easy access to Southbank. |

The good bed and the good bathroom. Besides the short distance to city-centre. The room was close to the elevator and therefor it was a little bit noisy, especially during the night. |

Good location between the shopping area and railway station. Comfortable room. We stayed there twice and it was not a problem to check in before the official time. Second time we stayed there our room had only a half window so it was little gloomy. |
