The double sharing room is big enough to fit four person comfortably. The rooms are clean and well furnished. It is only five minutes walk to the main shopping area, Queens Street Mall. I will definitely stay in this hotel again. |

We liked our stay at the hotel, but the smoking room didn't look as clean the room we had at the Ibis Sydney hotel. The bathroom was very old-fashioned, so that looked a little bit poor. |

The location was fantastic. It was easy to catch busses and the City Cat Ferry! We were within walking distance of many attractions. There were many restaurants/eateries close by. They honored our request to be put on a high floor. The room had multiple stains on the carpet. When we told the cleaning staff, nothing was done about it. I found pubic hair in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom had caked on dust because it didn't work. There were black tracks near the heating ducts. It just seemed that the hotel could have done better with ongoing maintenance issues. |

Checking in was quick and efficient. Facilities were clean and functional. Would recommend the Ibis and would stay there again. I had organised a late check out and this was not communicated to house cleaning. |

Pleasant place. Excellent location. Good value for money. The room did not have a power point that you could reach. They are all behind furniture. Gets difficult to charge your moble and connect your laptop. |

Location, price, good blackout. Breakfast was brilliant! Excessive detail at check-in - address, landline, mob and email all mandatory. Also charged $50 up front.... "just in case" I used any services! Implication being I would steal something or nick off without paying (despite all my contact details!). Refunded next day. Snotty manager on check in. |
