Big rooms and beds. Effective staff

James at the front desk was a pleasure. He always had a smile on his face and was very helpful

Nothing much. Maybe the 11/2 hour wait for tea was a little long, but the meal was superb.

We're only in Brisbane one night this trip but are regular travellers to Old and will defiantly use this hotel again

elevators- heard a loud "clank" while waiting, and we had to always wait 10+ mins so we stuck to the stairs (i realise that maintence is taking place at the moment)

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was excellent being within walking distance of Roma Street Station The availability of take away food 24/7 was a bonus as we had to leave for the airport very early in the morning.

Our overnight stay was very comfortable and there was nothing else that we needed.

We think the staff member at check in mislaid our air tickets while booking a taxi for the following morning.

What I likes most where the friendly staff members! They were All amazing.

Very friendly front desk staff and great location in the middle of the city. Pressure in the shower was great.

The room was very damp and I couldn't get the air con to work properly. Could have also been a bit better cleaned, some minor dust in the corners.

Lifts were not working. It would have been helpful if the staff could have explained how to navigate around the issue while they were being fixed

Rooms bed etc were excellant.

The lifts were hopeless for the entire week. I was quoted by Booking.com for $796.00 for the room, yet it cost me $836.00 for the 4 nights?????? I would like an answer

Only 5 min walk from Roma station (airtrain), Comfortable room and beds. We had nice view of river. Excellent breakfast for $16 (when you book breakie by day before). Very convenient to access city ie 5 min walk to Mall for shopping etc.

The staff was very helpful, especially Meaghan. (I hope I spelled her name right.) She took the time to help us figure our train route and made some excellent suggestions. Comfortable, clean room and a fair price. Close to transit, city sites and shopping.

Bathroom lighting was not great, overhead spots cast shadows. Ended up doing my makeup by the window with my travel mirror.

The one way streets around make it hard to get to the ibis and leave. My gps even had trouble, having to pay $27 just to park wasn't very good either

Lift Had to wait Long time for the lift because they are fixing 2 of the 3 lifts

The staff were lovely and very helpful from advising great places to eat, places to take my niece and children really anything I needed. The room was great - huge and really good value for money. I would happily stay there again next time when in Brisbane.

There really isn't anything to complain about. The only minor thing is having room service would make it perfect but really there are lots of places for food close by and the breakfast downstairs was really good.
